Welcome to Albuquerque – one of the Southwest’s oldest and most unique cities!
This charming modern home located in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains is perfectly positioned for those looking to experience the heritage, culture, food, and natural beauty of the Duke City.
Located in the Northeast Heights, this house boasts stunning views of both the Sandias and the Rio Grande River Valley. The home provides both convenience and comfort in one of Albuquerque’s most desirable neighborhoods.
The first floor features an open kitchen with updated appliances and an abundance of storage space. There is also a bright dining area with plenty of natural light. Same goes for the airy living room. There is also a nice-sized bedroom on the first floor with a queen sized bed and adjacent full bathroom.
Upstairs you’ll find the spacious master bedroom, which boasts a king-sized bed, a generously-sized closet, a large garden bathtub, and a master bedroom balcony with great views of the city and the mountains. There is an additional bedroom and a bathroom on the second floor that features queen-sized bed.
In addition to stunning views, there are also plenty of amenities nearby, including restaurants, bars, parks and outdoor activities (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, skiing, etc.).
The staircase to the second floor is quite steep and the space between balusters is wide enough for a small child to fit through. For this reason, we do not allow children under the age of 6 to stay at this property.

We enjoyed our stay at the property Its very clean great location has everything in the kitchen and rest of the house Backyard is beautiful Communication with host is great Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood Beds are very clean and rooms are big and spacious We plan to stay there again for our next trip to ABQ
Very clean and comfortable property and kitchen was well supplied for cooking. We were in town for a Celebration of Life and the property was quite and easy accessible to everything. Thank you for making a big difference in our lives during a difficult time.
Home was clean and comfortable. Easy access, quiet neighborhood, all appliances work, beautiful home, convenient access to town. Having his home available made our vacation that much better. Would rent here again.
Lovely home in a perfect location for us. Spotlessly clean. The only caveat is that the stairs to the upper bedrooms are carpeted and very steep. Otherwise perfect!
The house is in a very nice neighborhood and is very nice and clean. The communication with Francisco was excellent. He responded promptly. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, and blankets. He went the extra mile by lowering the AC in the Master bedroom before we arrived so it could be cool. The second bedroom upstairs is warmer than downstairs as heat rises, but when we lowered the AC at night, it was comfortable with the fan on. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was provided in the house and in the kitchen. The instructions were very clear.
The house is extremely clean, very roomy, property manager was easy to contact and helpful, and there is an amazing master suite. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Well it’s a great location! Kitchen was good, the Stairs were a Challenge for 2 over 50 yrs. The steps are to small. And I almost fell in the downstairs' tub, very slippery!
Easy check in & out. Wonderful vrbo. Very clean; everything worked perfectly; great location. Property manager was easily accessible and very helpful. Loved staying here. Will definitely stay again when we return to Albuquerque!!!
This home is immaculate, well laid out, convenient, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, recommend it to others, and would return ourselves.
