We loved the property and the hosts were gracious enough to have beach toys for the kids that they loved! They also provided beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and other knick knacks. We absolutely love Sea Vista and the proximity it is to the beach, the view and the pool too!

The condo was exactly what was advertised. Great space with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great view of the beach from the porch as well as the the den & master bedroom. Easy access to the beach that our grandkids loved. We highly recommend this property!

Becky is by far the best VRBO host I’ve ever had and we travel a lot. She went above and beyond the normal and I can’t tell how much I appreciated it. The condo is right on the beach with plenty of extras and it can’t be beat. I will not use anyone else when I stay in south padre.

Loved the location! Kitchen was well stocked.only complaints are only seating for 6 at the table, when condo sleeps 8, living room was a little small so it was hard for everybody to be in there, and the mattresses were a little hard!!

For the price they could do a lot more in simple ways Beverages in cooler, Ice, Milk or cream for coffee, snack bars etc Beach closet better organized

Ultra Relaxation

We can heartily recommend this condo for a family getaway. The six of us had plenty of room, the view of the Gulf was great, it wasvery clean and well equipped.We got to meet Becky and Mark and they were terrific! In addition, it was a great location and there’s lots to do at South Padre.It was serendipity that we got to watch a SpaceX rocket launch. Very exciting!

Beautiful beach front view condo. We had issues with TV cable and host responded immediately and stopped by to fix. We had a lot of fun and I recommend this property.

Great beach front condo right on the gulf. We experienced no problems or issues with our stay. The condo was well outfitted with everything we had a need for; including a myriad of beach accessories. What a great time with our kids & grandkids. Looking forward to our next trip already.

Great family stay

Everything was amazing. A lot was provided at the condo such as towels and other beach items. We rated check in with 4 stars since we didn’t receive an email with check in instructions until we got there. We did get help from the office staff, who took care of is very quickly.
