POOL IS OPEN NOW, UNTIL END OF OCTOBER, THIS YEAR A BRAND NEW WATER SLIDE WAS ADDED. WE DO HAVE A COVERED AREA HOT TUB, WITH A COMMERCIAL HEATER TO KEEP COZY….. WHILE USING THE HOT TUB. A Pavilion over the hot tub and fire pit makes for a nice Romantic evening. Stay in an art dealer’s stunning home! Only 10 miles from downtown Cleveland. The 7-Person Hot tub is open year round!!! Private fenced yard with HEATED built-in pool with diving board, and new slide. A gas fire-pit and grill for your outdoor cooking… Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen with a Viking stove, and spices for the select chef. Electric Fire place, along with new, state of the art INFINITY DIGITAL GAMING TABLE. All board games imaginable, on this cutting-edge digital game table…Sleeps 6 comfortably, with 3 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double and 2 twin beds…One full and 1/2 Bath. Garage and second driveway available. Located 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Close to the MetroPark system and Cuyahoga Valley National Park hiking/biking trails. Shopping and fine dining close by.

Our home is perfect for families, business stays, or romantic get-aways. People have reviewed this home as their own “Private Resort”. We just added an outdoor pavilion which covers the hot tub. This will be a heated area. Please note—Our home is NOT intended or available for weddings, parties or entertaining of any sort, no guests, and a MAXIMUM of 6 people on property at all times. We reserve the right to ask for ID’s to verify our guests. NO LOCAL RENTALS. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO HAVE A PARTY, NO EXCEPTIONS, please do NOT ask, (so many people still try). Six Guests Maximum. 5 star Reviews needed, or we cannot rent to you. Sorry but too much trouble in the past. Sorry no last minute bookings, too hard to get ready for you if I do not have 1 day notice. PLEASE NO LOCAL RENTALS. READ THE ABOVE, WE CANNOT ACCEPT LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS, PLEASE GIVE A 24 HOUR NOTICE.

Our home is at the end of a quiet street in a lovely, safe neighborhood. We are 10 miles from downtown and the the Cleveland Clinic, also 12 miles from Cleveland Hopkins Airport. We look forward to hosting you for your stay in Cleveland.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood on a dead end. Having the parking was nice. The homeowner was very responsive. The hot tub was great. We need to come back in the summer to use the pool.

Lovely house with great pool. Kids had a ton of fun swimming and playing on the electronic games table. Close enough to both downtown Cleveland and also Cuyahoga National Park as well. Host was great and check in and out were a breeze.

Comfortable and Stylish Ranch

Five adult friends and I stayed on a Saturday night before attending the Browns game the following day. The backyard space, heated pool, firepit, and hot tub are fantastic. Home is very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
