Our beach home is located at DUNES of SEAGROVE, 2nd floor in the East Wing over the waterfall lagoon poolside, with the amazing Gulf as your backdrop. An elevator, enclosed breezeways and stairs at end of the hall provide convenient access and loading. Dunes of Seagrove is located on the beach, at the end of a side road off 30A.

Our paradise is perfect to create family memories in a safe, quiet community. Dunes of Seagrove is located on a dead-end street on the Gulf of Mexico in the quaint village of Seagrove Beach. We face the Emerald Coast, and are located in the Deer Lake Wildlife Reserve (natural, undeveloped state park) and Eastern Lake, perfect for paddle boarding for the whole family. We are just minutes from 30A dining, grocery stores, shopping, art galleries, bike rentals and beach amenities. The Big Chill, the community center 1.5 miles away in Watersound, offers food venues, drink, festivals and evening entertainment, and Seaside is 3 miles to the west. New Greenway Station is just down the road with restaurants and shopping. Two-lane beach road 30A connects Panama City Beach and Sandestin, FL.

Our condo is a 1-level home, perfect for young and elders. Elevator gives easy access to our 7,500 sf double-lagoon waterfall pool and hot tub. We have easy access to our private beach - just a short boardwalk from the pool and just a few steps to the sand. Our condo has a strict NO SMOKING POLICY with a $1,500 minimum fine for smoke removal.

The unit has a spacious covered lanai that overlooks pools and fountain. Master suite has king bed, private bath, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sink vanity, with a nice sitting/ work area with gulf view and private entry to lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private entry into hall bathroom. This unit also has an adorable bunk room off the foyer that sleeps two more, and a queen sleeper sofa. Cable TV is provided in living and bedrooms. Living room TV is a 75" smart TV.

Living, dining and kitchen area is a large, open floor plan that opens to the large lanai, our outdoor living space, with the gorgeous turquoise Gulf backdrop. Stand in the kitchen and watch dolphins play in the gulf! Aside from our beautiful home stocked with everything you need, the location and view are reason enough to stay here. The 350 square foot covered lanai has a 46" round bar height table and 4 chairs (with 2 extra available), 2 Adirondack chairs and 2 lounge chairs. During a rain shower, this is the perfect reading overlook, and a peaceful place for morning coffee, or an evening cocktail listening to the waves and fountain below.

Situated on the gulf side of 30-A, Dunes of Seagrove is next to Deer Lake State Park, a magical experience for all ages. Walk east down the beach and you are standing in some of the most beautiful untouched dunes in the area - an amazing coastal habitat. From Deer Lake, freshwater streams flow into the gulf, providing a breeding ground for crab, lobster, fish, frogs and protected turtle nests. - so many reasons to keep us coming back year after year. HEATED POOL: Heating is discretionary during Spring Break & Thanksgiving, based on number of guests during holidays. Spring Target Dates typically fall between March 15 - April 9.
