Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen in der Innenstadt von La Rochelle und für eine Woche ausreichend groß für zwei Leute, das Innendekor macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Leider haben sowohl der Toaster, als auch das Eisfach und der Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war diesbezüglich sehr unangenehm und wir wurden nicht ausreichend ernst genommen ("wir hätten einfach auf dem Handy schauen sollen" - es gibt kein WLAN!). Auch eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Ein kleines Manko war außerdem, dass wir nur eine Bettdecke bekommen haben.

Bonjour Madame, je suis vraiment déçue de voir que vous avez noté que la communication était « très désagréable » avec les propriétaires sachant que nous sommes venus à l’appartement avec nos enfants dès le lendemain de notre retour de vacances d’Espagne… nous ne pouvions pas faire mieux pour venir constater le problème et la conciergerie était également venue de son côté dès que vous vous êtes manifestée. Nous avons pris votre problème au sérieux, bien au contraire. De plus, il y a avait une 2e couette marron dans le dressing. Quant au réfrigérateur, il fonctionne bien, je ne comprends pas cette remarque ? Concernant le grille pain, je n’ai pas eu de retour des vacanciers précédents, je ne savais donc malheureusement pas qu’il était HS… Nous avons été arrangeants avec les horaires, nous vous avons laissé l’appartement jusqu’à 11h pour faciliter votre départ. Accueil parfait . Angeline a ete tres agreable . Appartement petit mais tres fonctionnel. Emplacement ideal . Dans le centre. Tres calme . Tres propre avec des amenagements modernes. Je recommande pour un couple ou une personne seule.

Belle découverte de la Rochelle

Ville magnifique ,beaux paysages.Gite super situé à proximité de toutes commodités :gare ,commerces,restaurants et du vieux port.Tres belle location et tres propre et très spacieuse.Le sejour ideal.Seul bemol ,les francofolies trop bruyant.

Très bien, mais dommage qu'il n'y a pas de Wifi et que les moyens pour cuisiner soi-même ne sont pas bien utilisables

Je vous remercie pour vos commentaires. Il est effectivement spécifié dans l’annonce qu’il n’y a pas le wifi. L’appartement est un studio, la cuisine est donc simple mais permet de cuisiner les basiques sans problème avec 2 plaques à induction et un micro-onde.

Séjour La Rochelle

Super séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé. Tout peut être fait à pied, parking gratuit à bonne distance pour garer la voiture. Au calme, l’appartement est dans une rue animée et pourtant nous n’entendons rien même avec les fenêtres ouvertes. La propriétaire est à l’écoute et très disponible. Je recommande cet appartement.
