Our newly renovated beach house is sitting on a .5 acre lot located in a nice quiet neighborhood a little over a mile away from Second Beach in Middletown, RI!
It's a ~4 min drive to the beach!
We're also a ~8min Uber/Lyft to Downtown Newport if you'd like to explore the beautiful Bannisters Wharf / Thames Street / Broadway area!
The house is perfect for families who'd all like to stay together all in one place!
