Amazing Place

This was even better than the pictures—it accommodated our group so well with plenty of room. The property manager was very responsive to any questions I asked and we would book this property again for future stays! Great location for our ski weekend!

We had a great week at Debbie’s place! Kitchen was well equipped. Only thing we could have used was an extra roll of paper towel. Bon fire area was nice, the whole property felt secluded! Make sure to bring bug spray. They had plenty of wood for us to use. It was great having the pool access with the kids. We also loved the park near the Lakeview hotel. Master bathroom was so nice! Would stay again as I feel the property is a great value.

Ski getaway

House was really awesome and in fantastic shape, loved it! Neighborhood was nice, had a fire in the firepit. Pool table was fun! Would definitely stay there again.

Family getaway

This was our first winter getaway with our adult children and spouses. The house was everything we could ask for. So close to the resort for all our winter fun. Had a great time!! Thank you for having a wonderful home for us to stay in.

We didn’t find the Shanty Creek grounds very usable. The pools either had too much chlorine or too cold. Hot tub was also dirty. We didn’t look for hiking trails but the area has quite a bit of hills.

We had a great time! The location is very convenient and surroundings are serene. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The host was very quick in responding to the couple of queries we has during our stay.

Fun Fall Weekend

Everything was perfect for our annual fall weekend and Murder Mystery Party. The home is beautiful, clean, well equipped, and so peaceful. We love it there and look forward To returning next year. Debbie is a wonderful host.

Quick getaway

This house is an absolute gem! A group of six adults stayed here for a long weekend, and it gave everyone plenty of privacy and plenty of things to do together. The owner is responsive and very accommodating.

Beautiful house and property. Accommodated our three generation family very well. One member of our group had to work remotely while there and the Wi-Fi worked great. Communication with host was excellent.

Everything about the property was very well thought out. Check in and communication was very easy. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. For our group, the access to the pools on the property was a great addition to the trip. The property was very peaceful being surrounded by trees as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and secluded

Hands down the property was beyond amazing ! Entering felt very warm and inviting ! Every room had it's own personality and cleanliness was immaculate! Contacting the property owner was very efficient and any question was answered promptly ! I would recommend this location to all my friends and definitely will return ourselves !

Family Ski Weekend

This property was just awesome! The location to Shanty Creek Ski Resort was perfect - short drive allowed us to ski and come back to warm up and eat! The bedrooms were perfectly situated for our family with 4 adults and 5 kids of differing ages. The teens enjoyed the lower level to themselves with pool table and other games. The house was equipped with SO much and Debbie was great at communicating and being flexible with our wishes! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Ski Base Camp

The house is well stocked with quality goods and everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Kitchen essentials are there along with toiletries for the showers. All of the towels and bedding are in great shape. Mattress was very comfortable and there is lots of space to spread out. The fireplace was a nice plus after a long day of skiing. We will definitely consider this on our next trip north!
