Custom Beach Cottage with Amazing Water Views From Each Room-PLUS Beach Club!

Welcome to Las Brisas in Lovely Pointe West, Galveston, Texas!!

Our home is a spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom with 3 baths in the Pointe West community and furnished in a beachy upscale style. Beautiful NEW ceramic wood flooring throughout our home with state of the art stainless steel kitchen appliances, new strong air conditioner to keep you cool, king-sized memory foam bed in master bedroom, blackout drapes in all bedrooms and Smart TVs throughout. Access the beach via a community boardwalk just a few steps away.

As our guest at Las Brisas (personally owned and managed), you will have easy access to the house via your personal lock code - which means no coordinating schedules to pick up/drop off keys and no danger of losing keys at the beach!

We have an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen so you have everything you need to feed your family in style. The large dining table seats 7 and 3 breakfast bar stools. There is also an outdoor deck table with 3 chairs. The picnic table under the house seats another 6. We also have a card table and 4 chairs stored in a closet if you need it. If you prefer to grill, there is a Webber grill and fire pit that may be used for grilling on the lower patio right next to the fountain pond. Be sure to bring coals!

The house technology is complete with free wireless wifi. SmartTVs in each bedroom and living room with Xfinity X1 Cable. You will have easy access to all your personal Netflix, Amazon Prime and other internet accounts. In the event you need to connect to the outside world, you can connect your laptop to the in-house wireless system anywhere, including sitting on the decks and under the house. Sand chairs and beach toys are provided in the garage. Outdoor shower makes rinsing off the sand from the day at the beach easy.

Enjoy the balmy breezes and the sound of the sea while relaxing on the couches on the upstairs patio or Adirondack chairs in the shaded downstairs patio, all while soaking in the view and being soothed by the lovely spray fountain in the pond. Large master bedroom has a beautiful view of the pond with the fountain and of the bay, a king-size memory foam bed and a fold-down full-size sleeper sofa with a private deck for watching the sunset or sipping your morning coffee and watching the local birds—pelicans, cranes, cormorants, roseate spoonbills, snowy egrets, and seagulls, just to name a few.

The gorgeous master bathroom has a soaking tub, as well as a separate shower. Guest room is on the first floor with a queen-sized bed and a large window with gulf views and an adjacent bathroom. Bunk room has two twin-over-full bunk beds, a private bath and gulf views. The living room has 2 sofas to provide greater flexibility with sleeping arrangement configurations for larger groups. The house can sleep 10, but that's with every bed full. It's not really set up for large groups of adults, but is perfect for 2 families and a group of kids. Well behaved, small to medium dogs are welcome, but require prior approval from owner. If given, you must sign a completed pet agreement, provide a pet deposit and proof of vaccines. We do ask that you crate your fur baby when you are away from the house to avoid damage. Dogs do get stressed in new environments.

No prom groups or spring break groups. No large gatherings and no parties that include guests not directly staying at the house please. Contract signer must be 25 years old or older and stay at the house.

Please Note: All holidays are rented at high season rates. To prevent scams, please chat with me on the phone using the listed contact number prior to sending money for reservation. We never request payment via wire transfers.

Cancellations and Hurricane Policy--
There is a 30-Day Cancellation Policy for Daily and Weekly Bookings. There is a 90-Day Cancellation Policy for Monthly Rentals.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any reservation, but especially during Hurricane Season. Please NOTE: If there is a storm, tropical depression or hurricane, no refunds will be given or dates rescheduled unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a 'Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area'. If a mandatory evacuation becomes effective during your stay, we will refund:
-Any unused portion of rent;
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
-Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the 'Hurricane Warning' period.

BEACH CLUB INFO: The Pointe West (PW) pools are open year round, but only the hot tub and lazy river are heated. Guests over 3 years old will be charged a $25 fee/per person, up to 9 people to use the beach club. This fee is paid directly to the beach club and covers your full stay and use of all the beach club amenities. Please note, that if your party is over 9 guests, the 10th guest will not have access to the beach club.

The beach club amenities include pools, hot tub, lazy river, children's wading pool, outdoor grills, cabanas & locker rooms, workout gym, gift shop, game room, and a restaurant and bar. Use of the beach club and payment of the beach club user fee is an OPTIONAL amenity and not required to stay at the house, nor is availability of all club amenities guaranteed during your stay if PW has maintenance, repair issues or health concerns. The restaurant at the beach club is open during high season and limited days during the rest of the year, serving delicious food and fun drinks poolside!

Don’t forget, while in Galveston, you can enjoy all that Galveston Island has to offer! There is something here for everyone. For the young and the young at heart, check out the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier and ride the roller coaster or the merry-go-round. Right next door at Murdoch's you can shop for island souvenirs or watch the surf and relax in the rocking chairs in the covered breezeway. Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, museums, fishing, crabbing, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, bird watching and much, much more!
