The house is situated on one of the most exclusive residential areas of Puerto, near Taoro Park. The owner of this ample and comfortable villa is a well known architect who doubtless has done a good job. LED lighting, ecological water utilization. The chalet offers 130 m2 on one level, a 60 m2 garden with views and a 270 m2 terrace where you can use the barbecue. The 19 m2 White pool is one of the attractive of this house, with an iregular size of 6m x 3m. The best of the house are the sunsets and the quality details everywhere: totally modern and fully equipped kitchen and big spaces. Note: Pool towels are provided. Free wi-fi. Spacious villa

Lovely size. Can easily take 8 staying. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need, villa was spotlessly clean and lots of outdoor space. Plunge pool was a good depth (5 foot).Unfortunately the only restaurants in walking distance were closed but that may have been seasonal. Taxis were cheap to and from the town centre.

Very comfortable villa en stay

We had a very good time in this villa. It has a lot of space, chambers and bathrooms. The view is nice. Walking down to the city is just a bit too far but a taxi picks you up 5 minutes after calling. We had a technical problem but the owner and agent reacted qiuckly and adequate.

The villa actually added to our holiday. We walked down into town which was a very pretty flower lined walk. We took taxis to come back up, never a problem and only 4€. The villa was in a quiet residential area flowers and gardens everywhere. The beds were so comfortable and it was literally silent outside, we slept very well. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Relaxing stay in perfect surroundings

Impressive villa with appealing garden and pool area on the hill. Perfect for a relaxing stay and extremely quiet. A half hour walk to the sea and city centre. Only thing we missed was an exact description on how the waste disposal and recycling works as it sees to be quite different to what we know from our homr country.😅

Nice comfortable family villa

Nice location but a bit too far out for us. Bedrooms nice and large with plenty of wardrobe space. Could do with a little TLC. ( starting to get a bit tired ) a cover over the pool would get the water temperature up especially this time of year. Neighbourhood nice and quiet. We found it very comfortable and enjoyed our months stay.

Great!

We enjoyed our stay at the house which is situated in a very quiet part of town. It’s well equipped and particularly liked that soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and detergent for the washing machine is supplied. Unfortunately the pool was very cold so much so that we couldn’t use it. We so enjoyed sitting on the terrace (3 different seating areas) and the garden is very pleasant.

Actually stayed for a week from 20th September 2015 but can't change the month here. Wow, what a wonderful villa. Having picked this villa from all others available on the island for my 5 friends and I to stay at on our first trip to Teneriefe I felt very responsible for the choice and boy did I do well! We all absolutely loved the villa and the north of the island which was so much more beautiful than the south. It completely lives up to all of the photos. It was bright, clean, spacious and had beuautiful detail throughout. All of the beds very comfortable and lots of lovely area around the villa to be able to spend time together or escape and have space to yourself when needed. The only thing that it could possibly improve on was having fans to help circulate the air a bit at night which bazarly the only time it felt hot in the villa. Thank you so much for a most wonderful stay, we can't wait to return one day!!

Not toddler friendly, the biggest problem for us was that there was no fans or air conditioning in the property, we visited at the end of September and at times it was still uncomfortably hot in the property. The microwave was not in a convenient place and the outside frame became extremely hot when used, whereby we had burnt our wrists several times when retrieving items inside. Kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped.

beautiful, well-appointed villa

We were 2 families with two 7 year-old boys and a 4 year-old girl. We flew in to Tenerife Sur and from there it was about an hour and 10 to the villa. We had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the well-appointed, comfortable villa. We all enjoyed splashing about in the pool and the villa had everything you could need, including lovely hosts who were very thoughtful and helpful. We walked into town to go to the volcanic sand Playa Jardin, to the salt water pools of Lago Martianez, to the many tasty restaurants and to catch the free train to Loro Parque. When the kids were too tired and the parents had had the odd glass of wine we caught a taxi home which cost us less than €5. Puerto de la Cruz is blissfully free of all the vulgar Brits-abroad shops, restaurants and cod Irish pubs that are in the south of the island. However, you don't need to speak Spanish as almost everywhere has menus translated into English and German. Anywhere you want to go on the island is within a two hour drive and so this is a lovely place to base yourself. We stayed mid October and the weather during the day was lovely, ranging from 25-35 C. We would highly recommend the villa for a lovely holiday.

The villa was excellent. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen with tea bags, salt pepper amongst other condiments which is realy useful for cooking in. The layout worked perfectly with the bedrooms being tucked away from the living area. The bedrooms were simple but decorated well. I can see what the other reviews said about the sofas but you could actually lift the back up and get a neck rest so it was very comfy then. The only downside was the unheated pool which we were aware of but it was sooooo cold.We unfortunately had quite a bit of rain which meant it never really got any warmer. The furniture under the overhang would unfortunately still be in the rain so we could not use that either but then it was December. The area where the villa is in is very quiet area but quite a hike from the town centre esp being uphill but we did walk it a few times. The town is so much nicer than some of the touristy towns. Overall would definitely recommend the villa for warmer/drier times if you want to use the outside area but the inside is superb.

Maison au top et au calme située dans une impasse . Arrivée autonome . Discussion facile avec le propriétaire (whatsapp). Vue sympa sur l’océan. Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und dem Besitzer verlief im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes schnell und unkompliziert. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde uns zügig geantwortet. Check in war ohne Probleme, late check out auf Nachfrage ebenfalls möglich. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem schönen Garten, der Pool ist ausreichend groß und die Aussicht wunderbar. Die Küchenausstattung war recht neuwertig, modern und umfangreich. Gewürze, ein paar Spülmaschinentabs und Kaffeekapseln für die Dolce gusto Kaffeemaschine etc. waren vorhanden. Zwei der drei Bäder waren neu gemacht, die Schlafzimmer recht geräumig bis auf das eine Zimmer mit Stockbett, welches etwas klein geschnitten ist. Leider ging aus der Anzeige bei Fewo direkt nicht hervor, dass keine "richtige" Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, sondern lediglich ein Luftentfeuchter und ein Ventilator. Wünschenswert wäre zudem zumindest eine kleine Ausstattung an Reinigungsmitteln bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als zwei Wochen, den wir hatten. Positiv war, dass die Handtücher, Strandtücher und Bettwäsche von einem Reinigungsteam nach 1 Woche ausgetauscht wurde. Zur Verfügung gestellt wurde uns außerdem ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl. Freundlicherweise wurde uns im Vorfeld zudem gestattet, einen kleinen Hund mitzubringen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, das Haus liegt in einer gehobenen Wohngegend. Parken direkt vor dem Haus ist problemlos. Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt verbracht und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Top Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage

Absolut ruhig und top zentral

Immer wieder wunderbar in Puerto de la Cruz, zumal in diesem sehr zentralen und ruhigen Anwesen. Das Gezwitscher der Kanarienvögel ist die einzige "Lärmkulisse", selbst seltenes Hundegebell stört kaum die Ruhe. Durchgangsverkehr gibt es nicht, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus kein Problem. Wir haben es genossen. Der Meerblick geht über zahlreiche Dächer, aber das ist kein Manko, und der sehr kleine Pool reicht zur Abfrischung zumal im Winter völlig aus. Die drei Bäder für die drei Schlafzimmer sind sehr komfortabel, keiner kommt sich morgendlich ins Gehege. Einzelne Haushaltsobjekte könnten solider sein: Bügeleisen und -brett hatten nur noch "Schrottwert", die klapprige Kaffeemaschine war etwas launisch, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt ist der geräumige Bungalow bestens ausgestattet.

Schöner Urlaub in Puerto de la Cruz

Wir haben zu fünft 10 schöne Tage in dem Haus in Puerto de la Cruz verbracht. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend und doch ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts. Es war sehr sauber und der Blick von der Terrasse war einfach wunderbar. Besonders gut hat uns der Wanderweg zum Strand Bollullo gefallen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief reibungslos. Mit dem Auto erreicht man problemlos die Wandergebiete im Anaga- , Teno- und Teidegebiet. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Schönes großes Haus mit Pool in Puerto

Es war alles wunderbar. Puerto ist Puerto. Schönes Klima aber auch viele Touristen. Nachts kann es laut sein, da in der Stadt immer Trubel ist. Marc, der Besitzer, ist vor Ort immer ansprechbar. Manchmal kommt der Gärtner und gießt. 1 x pro Woche werden die Handtücher getauscht. Es ist alles so wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. 5 Sterne.

Toller Urlaub auf Teneriffa

Wir haben dort tolle 2 Wochen Urlaub verbracht. Eine wirklich schöne ruhige Gegend und das Haus war von der Aufteilung für uns perfekt. Wir haben viele schöne Abende draußen verbracht und tagsüber des Öfteren Ausflüge unternommen. Ein Auto würden wir empfehlen, da das Haus etwas höher liegt.

The best point of this house is its situation, and its privacy and quietness, although it is quite close (6 minutes walking) to the impresive Parque Taoro. As the house is totally new, it is very comfortable: it is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with friends or for family meetings.

What makes this property unique

The villa is ideal to be on Puerto de la Cruz, on a very quiet área, but with easy comunications everywhere.

On central Puerto you can find a wide range of restaurants (typical, fresh fish ones, vegetarians, cool, international, etc), shops and sea avenues with cafés to sit down and enjoy the peculiar atmosphere, as Puerto preserves the routes of the fishing village it was on the past. The perfect place to rest.
