We love this property! This was our third stay and we look forward to a 4th. The location is perfect, There’s loads of space, beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, and amazing views!

My family had a great vacation at this house. We loved the dock and the private beach, where my kids went swimming. The views of the Sakonnet River were beautiful. The house was clean and modern with plenty of space. Centrally located to the beaches, Newport, Bristol and other places.

Fun filled stay for Christmas with family! Kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out as well as fireplace and hot tub perfect for the cold weather. Close to Newport where we did a little shopping and had some cocktails ! Watched an Amazing sunrise from the house.

Girls trip - 10/10 would recommend!

The house was absolutely gorgeous, had every amenity you need, and perfect proximity to town and nature. Would stay here again and would highly recommend! The views and waking up to the sound of the water can’t be beat! Pictures don’t even do it justice - so beautiful and relaxing!

The grounds were beautiful and house was clean for the most part except one of the bedrooms had hair over the sheets !Also quite disappointing was that there were small ants throughout the house especially in kitchen bathroom and bedrooms.Unfortunately I contacted the host and it’s been 36 hours and I haven’t received any response that he would address this issue. Sadly I would not rebook this home or recommend it.

Charming and relaxing

This home hit all the elements that two busy professionals were looking for on a weekend getaway. The location is excellent, the home is immaculate and we can’t wait to return. Anyone traveling to the Newport area should strongly consider booking this home!

Wonderful Family getaway

This was a wonderful vacation! The location, house, and dock were everything we could have hoped for. 15 minutes to Newport or Bristol, plenty of room throughout the home, and all of the water activities you could hope for. We definitely recommend for others and would love to stay in the future!
