About this property

Beach Service / 2 King Primary suites plus bunk room

Calypso Beachfront Property 2-804 (8th floor) West Tower. Calypso Towers and Resort is considered the best location on the beach. Closest property to all that Pier Park has to offer! Park your car and walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

We only book within a Saturday-to-Saturday time frame. No Exceptions.
4 nights minimum required.

During Peak Summer Season, (June and July) we rent only 7-night stays Saturday to Saturday. No Exceptions.

This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. It is not rented to anyone under the age of 25.

3 Bedroom 2 Bath on the 8th floor of the West Tower. This unit sleeps a maximum of
6 guest total. For the comfort of our guest, maximum of 5 adults.

Complimentary Beach Chairs, one set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) included with rental (March -October) Additional portable beach chairs available in unit for your use.
On site Tiki Bar. Firepits around the pool. Fitness Center. Emerald Hub casual cafe on site.

Balcony height patio furniture to enjoy the breathtaking PCB sunsets.

The living room features tile flooring, large sectional sofa, large flat screen TV, and balcony access with an amazing view of the white sand beach and emerald gulf waters. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area that seats 6.

The master and second bedroom comfortably sleep 4 adults. Each bedroom offering king bed and wall-mounted flat screen TVs. Both bedrooms have an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom is a bunk room ideal for children with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a twin mattress on top and double on bottom. The Bunk room is a separate room with a door but does not have a closet. The bunk room does have its own TV.

The unit includes a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.

Calypso Resort owns and operates an attached parking garage for your convenience. Parking passes for your stay can be made available to purchase through them.

My 2 daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. I love that Brenda stocks the condo with everything that you will need for your stay. This place is very clean and comfortable. The balcony view is awesome and was perfect for watching fireworks on the 4th of July! Brenda is very nice and communicates with you very quickly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful Condo, Stunning View

We’ve stayed in many rentals in PCB and this is by far the most beautiful, well appointed, and roomy condo. The large balcony was wonderful for taking in the gorgeous white sand beach and clear blue water. There were two massive swimming pools as well. It had everything we needed plus! We will be back and highly recommend this condo.

The property was amazing and we had a wonderful stay here. The beds were super comfortable and the unit was very well stocked with anything you might need dishes/pots and pans/ etc. My only addition would be a better wine key and some real wine glasses… otherwise every need was met and then some!! Brenda was super easy to communicate with and promptly replied when ask any questions. I would heartily recommend this property to you.
