Apartment in villa renovated in 2017. Beautiful view of the bay to Cape Cerbere and the beautiful village of Port de La Selva. Terraces, garden (800 m2 of land), barbecue, swing, parking in the garden. The apartment is on the first floor. The house is surrounded by pine forests, the environment is very quiet. Coves and beaches 5 minutes walk. The village is 10 minutes walk by the coastal path (shops, restaurants, cafes, harbor, sailing club, diving).
The natural park of Cap Creus begins at the edge of the village, it is possible to make splendid walks starting from the house.

Living room with bay windows on three sides and magnificent view, dining room, separate kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster), bathroom with shower and sink, separate WC. Outdoor furniture, chairs "sunbathing". The house is equipped with dishes for 6 people.
