Convenient location

Great space for our stay and in a convenient location. Close to local breweries and restaurants. I also loved that they had a massive dog bed for our furry friend in the room. Will definitely stay again and recommend!

Great spot

Asheville stay

Our condo was well appointed , clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. The only drawback was that it was loud. We could hear all neighbors and there is construction going on across the street.

Great place to stay!

We stayed for 4 days with our dog and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We had one small issue where the batteries died in the door lock; however, Nancy was very quick to resolve our issue and it caused us no problems since. The location of this place is right across the road from New Belgium Brewing and is within 15-20 minutes of most places you will adventure to. We will definitely be back and we 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Asheville!

Ashville into the New Year

Wonderful property in a fantastic location. Spacious and comfortable. Lovely kitchen and bathroom areas. We slept like babies and had tons of room. Best road stay ever! We plan to come back with friends asap. Love the river arts district just across the river! Loved Asheville...music, food, shops, Biltmore, art and more music!

Asheville Holiday

Although the property was clean and well maintained, the location wasn't convenient to restaurants or shopping areas. If we wanted to go to a restaurant downtown, it was a 10 minute drive or more. This location would be better in the summer for folks that want access to the river for kayaking etc.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. This unit had 2 issues. The door handle stuck down and would remain open and was hard to lock. 2nd issue the bed creaked like crazy every time someone rolled over.

Cute place

We enjoyed our stay! The property was cute, quiet, and just as described. Only thing that would make the property better is if there were actual deadbolts on each of the outer doors. Overall a great place to stay!

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and minutes from downtown shopping and activities.

Why they chose this property

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
