Private 1 bedroom/1 bath oceanfront suite on the 16th floor of Patricia Grand Resort. Ideal for family vacations, romantic getaways, spa retreats, and golf outings. There is Fitness Center, Internet Access, Cable TV, Large Oceanfront Pool, Kiddie Pool, Lazy River, and Whirlpool.

PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING:
- Must be 21 to book.
-Only guests that are staying in the suite are allowed in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per night. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you.
-Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check-out is 10 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are never a guarantee, but can sometimes be arranged for a small fee. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will result in a $100.00 fee.
-Only dogs are allowed (no other pets) and prior approval is needed before booking.
-There is a $25 per dog per night small dog fee (fee request sent after booking) Dogs must be non-aggressive, house trained, must not nuisance bark, be free of any parasites, and be crated if left alone.
*** Restricted breeds are Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. No large dogs. Dogs must be under 40 pounds. No Cats Allowed.***
-Dogs must be on a leash when on the property. They are not allowed at the pool area and at the restaurant.
-When in the suite, they are not allowed on beds or on any furniture and must be in a crate if ever left alone. No nuisance barking.
-You cannot give dogs baths in our tub or any of the sinks. We do not provide dog beds or dog blankets, so please bring your own.
-Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-This is a non-smoking suite. Any evidence of smoking and there will be an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-Only guests who booked the suite are allowed in the suite.
-This is not a hotel room but a privately owned suite. Please leave it as you found it and respect this place.
-Please report any damages to your suite upon check-in. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out.
-Per Resort Rules quiet time is 11 pm-6 am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.
Please note that during the Winter months, there may be renovations in the resort or nearby suites. Some resort amenities may be closed or have limited hours during this time. Prices are reduced during the winter to compensate for this possibility.
CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
*Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
Travelers must cancel by 11:59 pm on the cut-off day (60 days prior to check-in) to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property's time zone.*

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm.
Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.
All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.
Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desk will have none of your information and will not assist you.
