Country house with private pool for 7 people within a 9,000m2 estate, is in a rural setting, next to a road that leads 2 minutes by car from Llucmaçanes municipality of Mahon and 10 minutes to the beaches of the coast south, like Binibeca ..

Typical Menorcan house restored and retaining its natural charm that makes it spacious and comfortable inside.

It has 4 rooms. Ground floor: 1 of marriage, with annexed lounge and a double. First floor: 1 double and one single, with bed linen and towels. Two large and complete bathrooms, located one on each floor. Large dining room that links to the independent lounge. Field views. Fully equipped kitchen dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, washing machine, iron ... etc. It has a safe and TV.
Internet WIFI.
Cleaning and change of sheets and towels once a week included in the price.

Large outdoor area, 8x4 m pool with solarium, sun loungers and parasol, barbecue and table with benches, relaxation area.

The accommodation was excellent and accommodated 7 however our party was only 2 so not all the bedrooms were needed. The road to the accommodation was very narrow for several hundred yards but there were passing points. The pool was excellent. We found the waste disposal arrangements very confusing but this is a national requirement. Overall we would say the accommodation excellent.

Das Exposé in Ihrem Portal für die Villa zeigt Bilder die offenbar geschönt, beziehungsweise nur von ihrer Schokoladenseite fotografiert wurden. Das Objekt entsprach nach unserer Ankunft in keiner Weise dem auf Ihrer Webseite abgebildeten Zustand. 1. Die elektrische Kaffeemaschine, wie auf Ihren Fotos zusehen, war nicht vorhanden, sondern nur eine einfache Nespressomaschine, die wir aus Umweltschutzgründen ablehnen, und eine italienische Espressokanne. 2. Die auf den Fotos dargestellten Sitzauflagen und so schön drapierten Kissen auf der Steinbank waren nicht vorhanden. 3. Von den abgebildeten Monoblockstühlen gab es auch nur 3, im gesamten Haus waren keinerlei Auflagen oder ähnliches für die Stühle, Liegen oder Steinbänke auffindbar. 4. Der beschriebene Safe war nicht vorhanden. 5. In der Küche gab es keinen Stauraum für Lebensmittel, Schrankfächer oder Aufbewahrungsboxen, außer dem Kühlschrank. 6.Es gab draußen keinerlei überdachten Bereich für Regentage. 7.Die Sitzbank im oberen Vorraum zu den Schlafzimmern war lebensgefährlich, da sich unter der Auflage nur lose aufgelegte dünne Brettchen befanden, die nicht einmal befestigt waren, und sie drohten beim Daraufsetzen durchzubrechen. 8.Das schlimmste waren die 2 Bewegungsmelder im Eingangsbereich und Wohnzimmer diese waren eindeutig mit einem Objektiv ausgestattet und mit dem Internet verbunden. 9. Im unteren Badezimmer und davor bröckelt der Putz von der Wand und darunter möglicherweise Pilz. usw. Nicht zu empfehlen

Il casale é molto grande con una splendida piscina all’esterno. L’ampio giardino con il tavolino sotto gli alberi o con quello in pietra vicino alla piscina , offre ampie alternative di colazione all’aperto o piacevoli cene con la possibilità di usufruire del barbecue . Il sig. Francisco é gentilissimo, mette a disposizione una lavatrice, una lavastoviglie e una comodissima macchina del caffè in capsule, oltre alle stoviglie varie per il piano ad induzione in cucina. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in totale comodità. Vivamente consigliato.

Siamo stati due settimane a luglio. Casa accogliente e padrone di casa molto disponibile. Si sente molto poco la presenza del vicino aeroporto, che temevamo fosse invadente. Vicino alla zona industriale/commerciale, ma comunque ci si ritrova ad abitare in una tranquillissima stradina di campagna. Consigliata!

Villa Menorquaise typique. Mignonne décoration sobre. Nous l avons loué à 2 familles, ideal, chacun son étage et sa salle de bain. Piscine entretenue régulièrement. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Nous avions peur de la proximité de l aéroport. En effet, il est très proche mais la nuisance sonore est largement supportable. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !
