Crane Access for Building 2
On or around September 15, 2025 – The Advocet parking lot and Pool Bar Jim’s parking area will be closed for a couple of days to allow crane access for lifting materials to the roof.
With sweeping ocean views, comfortable furnishings, and outstanding resort amenities, don't overlook this lovely condo for your next Hilton Head getaway. Guests will have access to several shared amenities on-site including a pool, hot tub, and a fitness room. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you might need to whip up a quick meal during your stay. Located near the southern tip of the island, you'll be close to several restaurants, entertainment options, and popular tourist attractions! Within walking distance, you'll find the beach to lay out on, and in the opposite direction, there are excellent places to sample some delicious food with friends and family!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
