We loved our two week stay here. Pool was great and the view was perfect. Location was close to stores/ restaurants, etc. House was very clean and spacious. Beautiful kitchen that has what you need for everyday cooking, as we cooked most of our meals there. Communication with Terry was quick and easy. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Villa, excellent location & great communicatuion with Host. Everything was perfect the neighbour hood was very good & safe.Great access to either bridge to exit the Cape which worked really well & loads of eating options on Pine Island road or Cape Coral Town center.We would definately return here in the future.

Lovely spacious vacation getaway

This lovely, spacious vacation villa is an ideal spot for entertaining family along the canals of Cape Coral. It offers convenient amenities on-site, and anything else you might need is just an online order and delivery away from Costco. I would personally recommend staying for a longer duration; six days simply isn't enough to fully enjoy paradise.

Truly a Dream

This is a great property. The location on the canals is fantastic. The house is custom with a great kitchen. The pool area is beautiful. Everything was pristine and lovely. Thank you for the easy check in and allowing me to park in the garage as well!

Family Vacation 2024

This house was amazing, definitely everything we expected and more! The pool and outdoor area were a wonderful place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The check-in and checkout process was definitely one of the easiest I have encountered after multiple stays in the area. My family and I would definitely stay here again. An absolute 10/10!

Felt like home!

We had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend the property and hope to be back at some point. We took great advantage of the pool and enjoyed the house immensely! I probably cook more than most people on vacation and would have loved a few more basics in the kitchen (ie - a full set of measuring spoons), but have zero complaints and would come back without hesitation! Would also highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the area.

So relaxing!!

This house was so nice and relaxing! There is storage for days. The pack-n-play was so helpful for the little one. The house has everything you need. Definitely recommend this amazing home away from home!

extended stay , very pleased.

Very nice house! furniture is great (you don't find that it a lot of rental homes) Dealt with both owner and manager and both were great to work with. Beautiful view of the canals, saw manatee, dolphins, and the ever present jumping mullet. Would seriously consider going back to stay at this house.

Amazing

Everything about this place was great!! The house was amazing! All the rooms were big with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was massive with a cool shower. The view from the patio/pool area over the canal was a great place to hang out and relax. The whole process from start to finish made a truly amaizing vacation. We would definitely rent a place through them again!
