We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed and more. The location was one block to main street which was awesome. I definitely recommend staying here !
We had an amazing time at this cozy condo. Walking distance from the gondola and restaurants down town, didn’t have to use the car once! Owner was very communicative, clear instructions on how to do everything and overall a really great experience. Would 100% stay here again!

Very close to Main Street. Great location. Pool hours were sad because the pool doesn’t open until 10:00 and check out is at 10:00 so no swimming in check out day.
The directions in the email were very helpful. Still, I struggled to find the right elevator. A little musty when we got in, but left the windows open for a couple hours and conditions improved greatly.

Hey Tom, Sorry you seemed to have trouble with the step by step pictures for check in. I'll take a look at them, The buildngs do look the same but are labled. You visited during a big rain storm we had flood watches in effect so glad the place aired out, but we kept things closed up before you arrived to keep it dry. Safe travels.

Tacky
This condo is an older one with lots of wear and tear.Definitely not up-scale . Tired and scratched furniture and cabinets. Check in after four and check out by ten was not enough time to settle in ,just a place to sleep. The beds were hard and uncomfortable . scratchy sheets. You can hear every noise from upstairs as there is very little sound proofing.I would not recommend.

Deborah sorry you had such a tough time on your 1 night stay with us. We've recently updated the bathrooms, furniture and fixtures in the condo. The beds are all new within the year as well. We can't do much about the neighbors but most everyone respects quiet hours. Hope you can stay longer next time and make the most of the hot tub and downtown location next to the gondola.
The parking situation sucks , we had 2 vehicles because we had 8 people it's a 2 bedroom , not only did we have to pay 30 a night to park one vehicle but the second night we couldn't even park the first car finally after 3 hrs somebody left and I went out to the tow away zone on the street and brought our car in and took that spot . I'm sure when that guy came back and didn't have a spot I'm sure he was mad . Overall it sorta ruined the hole weekend .

Thanks for the stay Maria,
I'm glad you had a great time and enjoyed the downtown location. We've made it really clear before booking and when you arrived of the parking situation. Because this condo is right downtown there's unfortunately only one parking spot. You could park the 2nd car across the street in a paid lot or in one of the two free lots in town and take a shuttle directly back to the condo. I know it's a bit of a hassle however parking is a premium in a small ski town in a valley like this. Please double check the itinerary we send in advance to plan ahead next time and avoid the surprises. Glad all else was great, we'll see you again soon at Stay Living the Dream I hope.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
When we arrived, the instructions said to park under building Boreas and to take elevator WITH LUGGAGE to 2nd floor. He did not state the unit was in the American building next door with a separate elevator. Having kids and luggage, I was flustered! Tried to call & email and the response was that I was an IDIOT for being the only guest to not find the unit and he told me not to be a "rude guest" as I was bothering him at dinner!
Brett's instructions had no mention of the American building or there would have been no issues! He also stated the bedding for the pullout couch were in the chaise - not true. The closets are stuffed and don't seem clean. When I emailed if the the sheets & bedding we found in there were in fact clean, no response.
We emailed ahead of time about coffee - no response.
We asked ahead about walking distance to gondola - no response. We only booked because comments said it was.
The happy, kind responses we received while there were all pre-planned generated emails. Anything send directly from Brett was rude & demeaning.
We did have a nice time. The place was fine. It's probably rented a lot and feels that way. Closets are jammed with stuff, but we did find luggage racks to hold our luggage - one was broken.
The fireplace uses an extension cord to plug which we did not feel was very safe, but it was cold so we used it. A light was out in the living room - we also emailed, but again no response.
It would have been nice to have directions to walk to the gondola, but we eventually found it. The location is nice because you can walk 7 minutes to the gondola and 5 minutes to town.
We were told there was a key to the spa and if we lost it it would be a $100 charge. We were cautious with that key!
However, when we checked out we were told we would be charged $100 for the parking pass, which we never saw! Nothing in the check-in instructions even mentioned a parking pass so we didn't even think to look for one. He was very accusatory and rude about everything.
We are honest traveling people and felt we were treated very poorly by Brett. Very disappointing!

Leah what was dissappointing is how disrespectful you were on the phone and email. I realize you had along day and I tried to enter the property early before we had finished cleanding from the last guest. You also were upset when I sent screen captions to your phone of the directions with the information you were looking for clearly shown. There are several signs throghout the property noting that you do infact need a parking pass or you will be towed. Photos of the pass were included in your check in directions. I had been in the condo after the last guest with the cleaners and placed the pass on the entry table myself so I knew it was there. Your denial of having accidentally taken the pass cost me $150 to get it replaced immediately with the HOA plus my time running around to get the pass since you kept it in your vehicle after checkout and didn't return it. Clearly your stay was an outligher compoaired to all the other phenomenal reviews we have on this property. Sorry you had such a tough time on your trip.
