Nice brick home located in cozy neighborhood on the East Side of Athens. Located about 5 miles from Sanford Stadium, this is a great home to rent for game weekends for all ages, even families with young kids/babies! This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house can sleep up to 6 adults. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 1 guest room with a full, and another with 2 twin beds. We also have a crib available for small children, alongside a changing table.

*air mattresses for additional guest(s) available upon request. (no more than 8 people per night)

Game day Getaway

It was the perfect rental for us. The owners were exceptional to work with. All questions were answered promptly, the property was in excellent shape, they left a very thoughtful basket of goodies, and they went above and beyond when they found something we left behind. We highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful property. Loved the back yard - we even saw a deer one morning (very cool). A couple of observations/adjustments for the next visitors 1) a few more chairs are needed for outside seating (there were only 2); 2) Make sure the grill has been cleaned and ready to use for those wanting to grill. The neighborhood was nice. A great location in proximity to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. THANK YOU

Great stay!

We had such a great stay at this property! The home is beautifully updated and is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We loved seeing the deer in the yard in the mornings and evenings. The hosts were kind to check in on us and quick to respond to any questions/requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home, very clean and updated. The neighborhood was not then most desirable and location was a little too far out . Not many restaurants to choose from on the Eastside

The rental was as described and as reviewed by others. Very good place to stay!

We rented Taylor’s place on short notice due to a family funeral. Taylor was prompt coordinating the front end of the reservation and checked in with us to make sure all was going well. Very good experience with Taylor and his rental.

Weekend in Athens

I stayed with 3 friends at Taylor's house for the Georgia-Notre Dame game in September. The house is in a great location and just a 10 minute Uber ride away from downtown. The house was clean and comfortable. Only problem we had was figuring out the Apple TV (probably because we are 4 old guys) Lol. Otherwise would highly recommend for a game weekend.
