Designer Lakefront Lodge w/Huge Private Beach & Boat Option-Built July '19

This newly constructed, fabulously decorated, Contemporary Woodland Lodge has 4 King Bedrooms and one Queen. The 150 year-old, hand-hued, reclaimed wooden Carolina mill beams dominate the huge open floor plan. With it's 17 foot ceilings, the Great Hall serves as the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room with a 75" 4K TV over the remote controlled gas fireplace (fall and winter only). Enjoy all of it by setting the mood with your favorite music across the entire house (and the deck) with our accessible Sonos sound system.

We bought and developed this plot, not just to view the lake... but to explore the lake and the wooded beauty and architecture it has to offer. We offer a pontoon boat, at an additional cost, for us and our guests to enjoy and explore it. There are so many sandbars, restaurants, and beautiful coves to ski, wakeboard, and tube in. Enjoy the lake for all it has to offer :)

Our Large Private Beach overlooks the dock and the lake's main channel. Downstairs also showcases a vaulted ceiling open floor plan - with a second Full Kitchen, Dining Table, a Billiards table, a Living Room, and another 75" 4K TV to watch from the sectional and sofa that both have motorized fully-reclining seats that you could melt into.

Two incredible covered decks, with drink rails overlooking the lake. The top deck is equipped with a 4K TV to enjoy outside while grilling or talking over wine in the comfortable and spacious seating area. All TV's (including the all bedroom TV's) are 4K, SmartTV's, with DirectTV boxes.

Being his line of work, my husband spared no expense in outfitting the entire home with State of the Art bathroom technology, touch lighted mirrors, and German-made European fixtures. Experience the latest in high-end bathtub technology with a touch screen to activate several features that are unbelievably effective. - I was a skeptic at first, but this tub is unlike anything you've ever seen. Simply put - it's euphoric.

I had him break it down for me to explain :) The freestanding tub is equipped with:
1) Aromatherapy - Defined as the practice of using essential oils extracted from flower, bark, or leaves to enhance physical and mental well-being
2) Chromatherapy - A scientifically proven technique (not merely a decorative element) using lighting to emit colors that are calibrated at different frequencies, each with a stimulating or soothing therapeutic purpose to directly effect one’s physical and psychological condition yielding vibrations that actually calm, energize, or focus your thoughts.
3) Hydro-Thermal Massage - Powerful air jets strategically located at the base of the tub deliver a therapeutic acupressure-based massage that triggers physiological reactions, reducing tension, relaxing muscles, combating stress and eliminating toxins. the turbine (located under bathroom in the owner's closet to reduce all unnatural noise) only pushes out air - thus eliminating suction and making the bath perfectly safe for children (and bubbles - yay!). About 10-15 minutes after draining the tub, you will hear a loud gust in and under the bathroom for a few seconds... that will be the tub entering the self-cleaning process that engages automatically.

You are welcome to use the garage. Being that the house is newly built and furnished, we do not allow pets and make no exceptions.

We do not allow any parties or gatherings, unless previously discussed and cleared with us in writing.

We don't allow oil-based or deep fat fryers.
