It is approx. 3 miles to downtown Indio, 5 miles to downtown La Quinta, 10 miles to famous El Paseo in Palm Desert, and 20 or so miles to Palm Springs. But with a property as amazing as this one, you may not want to leave!

Perfect for a large family

Coachella Estate was a fabulous place for our family vacation. The house was clean, plenty of bedrooms, the kitchen well stocked. The game room was great for the kids. We spent the majority of our time outside. The outdoor space is amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids, plenty of lounge chairs for us all. The lawn and landscaping were beautiful and huge. The kids had a ball running around the yard, playing soccer and enjoying the pond full of Koi fish and lots of turtles. We are a family of 10 adults and 9 kids ranging from 10 years old to 6 months. We would definitely book again.

Amazing House with Great Hosts

The house is incredible. Looks just like the photos and the property may even be a little bigger than it looks. The hosts were so quick to get back to us anytime we had a question. Everything you want at the house - towels, kitchenware, etc - was abundant and top notch. Great stay at a wonderful property with really responsive hosts.

Wonderful stay!

This house was beyond any of our expectations for our family of 17 having a time together. The essentials were covered and more - but so many extras made it special, wonderful lawn for games, and even a place for feeding fish and turtles! Bridget was a great host for us - beyond 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Amazing property

Truly an amazing and unique property. We stayed with approximately 16 family members ranging from as young as 4 up to 90 years old and everyone had an incredible time. The house is spacious, the grounds are incredible, the unique pond with fish, ducks and turtles Was entertaining for hours, I can’t talk more positively about our experience with the staff and management Who were all outstanding as well. We’re already talking about going back again!

This property is a MUST STAY in Indio...

This property was more like a mini-resort than a house! When we arrived, we were astonished at the sheer size of the grounds. The home was beautifully furnished and clean. Every person in our group was very impressed by the home. It was a pleasure working with the hosts as they responded quickly and were very accomodating. Upon arrival, one of the hosts (Cindy) was extremely wonderful in showing us how to operate all of the amenities (barbecue, firepit, jacuzzi, etc). She made sure our internet was in working order and did a wonderful job making sure our stay would be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and these hosts to anyone who is looking to have a wonderful getaway.

We needed a a few days away before summer is over. This property is beautiful, big and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to preparare meals. Kim & Cindy were very friendly and helpful.
