By Air & By Sea is gorgeous luxury townhome on Island Moorings Marina (200 Piper Blvd.) at Airport Marina Townhomes.
We are conveniently located just 3 blocks from the best part of the beach. Piper Blvd. turns into Beach Access 1A when you cross the light at 361. (that's the corner with Texan's and Stripes)
Your group will enjoy the private elevator and rooftop amenities which include a private rooftop oasis/observation lounge with a 7-person spa, bluetooth speakers, outdoor kitchen with ice maker, and a builtin wooden lounge area. The seating area is protected by a UV rated polycarbonate covered pergola to keep you cooler and to keep the seating dry.
The home has breathtaking panoramic views of the Island Mooring marina and looks onto the sunsets over the water at the intercoastal. This is and has perfect location to watch the sunsets. Rental includes the use of premium Ostrich beach chairs, pool floats and toys we just ask that you spray them off after using and return to their hooks.
The home is furnished and stocked with your comfort and convenience in mind. We have plush memory foam mattresses, all-cotton bedding and high-quality, generously sized bath towels. The king primary suite features a plush memory foam mattress and motorized blackout shades with a balcony with glider overlooking the marina, there is another 1st floor snug king room with blackout curtains plus a bunk room with queen over queen + a twin child mattress on trundle below it.
3 designated parking spots: Two in driveway and one in the garage (we keep a personal vehicle in the garage, it will be covered).
The rental includes use of garage remote. If you are boating you can launch at IM, you can rent a slip from Island Moorings or you can rent one from our community dock, they are usually available for $35/night collected through our seucre website before you checkin.
Garage remote provided with one spot for guests.
The community hot tub & pool area has restrooms and plenty of loungers.
The residential elevator serves all floors including the roof or you can use the stairs. Please note: this property is not child proofed and has a spiral staircase on one level plus other stairs which do not have baby gates. We accept children with this disclosure.
Also to note: children should not be allowed to use the elevator, rooftop, public spaces or amenities without adult supervision. The hot tub cover is not to be stood or walked on.
The spa is balanced and cleaned biweekly in the high season. The service person must use the home's private elevator to access the roof. She will knock on the door and call out before entering, when yo u book this home, you agree to allow her to do her service.
In the rare and unlikely event the spa is not usable, we will schedule a service call, but this would not result in a room credit. We have a community pool as well as a community spa.
Max occupancy 10. Exterior security cameras on entry and exterior this includes rooftop. We do not review camera footage unless their is an incident or damage, the hot tub is to be kept covered when not in use and we repeat is not to be stood or walked on. STR 002975

My husband and I have always loved Port Aransas, so in 2011, we purchased a townhome that we could share with others as a vacation rental. Then, as most owners do, we hired a local property manager.
As our daughters grew, I missed the social interaction from my career. We decided I should jump in and try self-managing. I enjoyed it so much, that since that time, we've added 3 homes to our portfolio. We warmly welcome you and take pride in being a small part of your family memories.

Why they chose this property
Best view of marina and airport in the community. Rooftop is the perfect vantage point to see the boats coming and going and see the small planes come and go. *This is a small town airport not a lot of traffic but fun to see the activity, sometimes you will see people skydiving. We have a propane fire table and LED lights on a timer, they come on at dark and stay on for a 4 hour window.
