By Air & By Sea is splurge-worthy luxury townhome situated on Island Moorings Marina next to the airport and just 2 blocks from the beach. (We are on the golf car route). Your group will enjoy the private elevator and private rooftop amenities which include a 6-person spa with Bluetooth speakers, an outdoor kitchen, an ice maker and lounge area with propane fire table.By Air & By Sea is splurge-worthy luxury townhome on Island Moorings Marina next to the airport and just 3 blocks from the beach and on the golf car route.

Your group will enjoy the private elevator and private rooftop amenities which include a 7-person spa with bluetooth speaker, outdoor bluetooth speakers, rooftop kitchen, ice maker and lounge.

The home has breathtaking panoramic views and is located on Island Moorings Marina. Rental includes the use of premium beach chairs, pool floats and toys. Garage access with remote, community hot tub & pool. The residential elevator serves all floors including the roof or you can use the stairs. This property is not child proofed and has a spiral staircase.

The home is furnished and stocked with your comfort and convenience in mind. We have plush memory foam mattresses, all-cotton bedding and high-quality, generously sized bath towels. The primary suite features a king bedroom and motorized blackout shades, there is another king room plus a bunk room with queen over queen + a child trundle below it. Both king BRs have blackouts.

3 designed parking spots: Two in driveway and one in the garage. The rental includes use of garage remote. The owner keeps their personal golfcar in the other spot in the garage. It is not included in the rental.

Boat slip available for $35/night or you use Island Moorings. Your fishing guide can pick you up by the fuel station. Ask your host about slip availability as well as where to park your trailer.

The private rooftop spa is balanced and cleaned biweekly in the high season. The service person uses the private elevator to get to the roof. In the rare and unlikely event the spa is not usable, we will schedule a service call, but this would not result in a room credit. We have a community pool as well as a community spa.

We’ll be back!

Beautiful home! Beautiful property. Very clean. It was easy to fall in love with this place. Great views day or night from the rooftop. Location is great! Away from the chaos and bustling of town, but only about five to ten minutes from most venues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

This property has been the perfect location to spend my son’s birthday the last couple years.

We have really enjoyed the rooftop area with hot tub and sitting area with fire pit. Great floorplan with bedrooms on 1st and 2nd floors and nice sized kitchen and living areas on 3rd. Property has been pristine on arrival the last couple of years and the owner has been very friendly and accommodating to check out times as able. We will return.

Amazing Property!

This was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in. The views were amazing, the location was perfect, and the top deck was so comfortable to hang out at. Everything about it was gorgeous. You will also find the elevator very handy! The communication with Erinn was great and she was extremely responsive. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Port A!

Hello all! I'm your host Erinn! I gave up my sales and marketing career when we started our family in 2005. My husband and I have always loved Port Aransas, so in 2011, we purchased a townhome that we could share with others as a vacation rental. Then, as most owners do, we hired a local property manager.

As our daughters grew, I missed the social interaction from my career. We decided I should jump in and try self-managing. I enjoyed it so much, that since that time, we've added 3 homes to our portfolio. We warmly welcome you and take pride in being a small part of your family memories.

Why they chose this property

Best view of marina and airport in the community. Rooftop is the perfect vantage point to see the boats coming and going and see the small planes come and go. *This is a small town airport not a lot of traffic but fun to see the activity, sometimes you will see people skydiving. We have a propane fire table and LED lights on a timer, they come on at dark and stay on for a 4 hour window.

What makes this property unique

Rooftop has amazing views, private hot tub, ice maker and motarized blackout shades in master and living area. The other king also has blackout curtains.
