Excellent property and host in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts are wonderfully welcoming and had even left delicious welcome cookies. Property is close to Denver zoo and easy access to attractions. The home is well stocked and maintained. Kids have access to basement game room that had great game options. Had a wonderful time here. Highly recommended.

Excellent pet friendly property. Location is excellent. Property was very spacious and exactly as described in the vrbo listing and was spotlessly clean! Communication with host Rick was excellent. Rick even accommodated an additional request made at the last minute. We will stay again when in Denver.

This was a wonderful property for 8 family members in Denver for a wedding. Very spacious, and so comfortable. It was so nice to sit outside on both the upper and lower decks. And the kitchen was very well appointed - made it very easy to make meals! The game room downstairs was well-used - good entertainment! Very fortunate to have found this property for our family!

Everything was perfect! Rick was wonderful & responded immediately to any questions we had. There was water & home baked cookies for us upon arrival. Our kids played all the games & it was a great family visit for my grandson’s graduation. I would definitely stay here again!!

The house was very clean and as well stocked as any VRBO I've ever stayed in. The location provided very easy access to anything that we did. One minor problem was immediately resolved, and communication was always timely. All of my traveling companions loved everything about the place. We all would definitely stay there again.

The house fit our family very well. We had our adult children. House was very clean, well supplied. We have been to many vacation rentals over the years and this one is definitely at the top of the list. Host was great to work with. I highly recommend & will go back.
