Needless to say, the apartment, in a small residence recently and intelligently designed, has its feet in the water! 2 couples or a family of 4 people can comfortably enjoy the 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200), the bathroom with separate WC, the living room and the fully equipped American kitchen of the rental. The bright accommodation located due south and tastefully furnished, benefits from a magnificent view of the ocean. A terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers allows you to fully savour this maritime atmosphere. For a long weekend or a stay, holidaymakers have complete and new equipment, a lift and a private parking space with automatic closure. The residence's facilities allow PMR access to the apartment. However, please note that the apartment has not been fitted with the necessary equipment.

Homardiers beach and its dykes are about fifteen metres away, for you to relax, swim or go rock pool fishing. Children can easily access the beach club located 300m from the apartment. On each side of the beach, the coastal path allows you to extend your walks between sea, dunes and mills. Cycle paths are there to explore the island by bike. It's the best way to discover the beaches, ports and small villages on the island! The town centre of Noirmoutier en l'île, with its colourful markets, is 5 km away, beyond the salt marshes. If you are tempted by tourist sites on the mainland, St Jean de Monts, St Gilles Croix de Vie or Nantes can be reached in less than an hour's drive. After crossing the bridge or the famous Gois!
