Private beach - lakeside luxury! Five-bedroom newer construction house in the heart of the Adirondacks. Sleeps 10. Enjoy all that the Adirondacks have to offer in your private lakefront home with expansive private beach. Plenty of room for the entire family spread out over three floors. Modern kitchen with seating for 8 in main dining room, 3 at kitchen island, and 6-8 in screened porch. Napoleon Gas Grill for all your BBQ needs. Game room with pool, shuffleboard, old school arcade and tons of games, puzzles and video gaming system. Ping pong and foosball table available in garage. Fire pit right at waters edge and private sandy beach with canoe, 5 kayaks - 3 adult, 2 youth, and 4 paddle boards for your use. **Use at own risk- life jackets provided. Fish, swim or relax on our floating swim raft. Corn hole, can jam, badminton and a variety of lawn games provided. House has wi-fi and a full back-up generator.

NO PETS / NO SMOKING

The Town of Schroon Lake is a few miles away with several restaurants, live music, weekly farmers market, craft fairs, coffee shop, bakery, biking, access to amazing hiking, and a 9 hole golf course right in town. The town offers an amazing public beach with life guards on duty and newly refurbished tennis courts. The local marina offers daily - weekly rentals. We are only 25 minutes to Lake George where you can shop, boat, parasail or take a cruise. We are also just about an hour to Lake Placid which offers visits to olympic sites, a bustling town or a visit to Whiteface mountain as well as many other ADK mountains for hiking.

Great Lake front home!

This place is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you’ll need if you decide to cook. You do need to bring sheets and towels which wasn’t a big deal at all for us. We loved the house and the waterfront. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Amazing Lake Home

This is the perfect lake home to spend a vacation at with family and friends. We’ve vacationed on Schroon Lake in prior years, and this is by far our favorite home rented on the lake. Our extended family stayed together in this beautiful and well equipped home for a week. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating (with easy access to dock a rental boat), cooking, playing games, and relaxing! This house has everything you need to make the best memories- and wonderful owners as well with quick communication! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Family vacation

The property is beautiful & immaculate. The view is amazing!! Me & my husband, 3 sons & a daughter-in-law all in their 20's and my 2 - 9 month old grandsons had everything we needed and could have hoped for to enjoy a relaxing vacation together. The private beach and lake were very clean and clear. There was so much room for everyone to spread out. The table games were a big hit with the 20-somethings while I soaked in the large tub in the master bathroom. Everyone loved our stay and we would definitely look forward to coming back!

Family of 5. (3 college kids). So much space in the house. Plenty of room. And clean! Just amazing. Will book again. Right on the lake. Beautiful beach The lake itself very clean. Three bears lane

The property was ideal for our family which included four children aged 8 to 16 and six adults. The kitchen was well equipped, spotless, and the game room was wonderful for my grandchildren. The beach was very safe for children and the assortment of water apparatus was great. The owners were wonderful to deal with and obviously take pride in their property. My entire family was delighted with our accommodations and would heartily recommend it to families considering a vacation at Schroon Lake. It was a great experience. A terrific place to stay on Schroon Lake

We have been renting on Schroon Lake for the past 6 years and this is by far the best property for a large group.It was me, my husband, our 3 adult children, a daughter in law and a fiancé. As the photos on the listing illustrate, the house, the view and the beach are spectacular. The house is sparkling clean in every aspect: floors, kitchen, bathrooms - everything. We stayed for 2 weeks so we did do some clean up after ourselves - plenty of cleaning supplies, broom & vacuum.You do need to bring bed linens, bath & beach towels.The great thing about the place is that guests are spread out over 3 floors. Plenty of games and water toys including water boards and kayaks. The 2 car garage has a refrigerator which was great for us to store & freeze food that we brought from our home grocery store in addition to the large fridge in kitchen. It also has a ping pong table and lots of out door games. In the walk out basement, there is a pool table, an indoor shuffle board like game and tons of puzzles & games.WiFi is strong throughout the house - a number of family members worked from here without problem. The family room & primary bedroom have cable television which is basically unheard of in rentals. Jennifer was responsive on the few minor issues we needed to contact her on.The Napoleon grill is outstanding. We cooked a lot and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment and basic oils& spices.This house is tremendous.

A Blissful Family Retreat on Schroon Lake!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful lake house, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the pristine cleanliness of the property - it was spotless and inviting. The spacious layout provided ample room for our family to spread out and relax. With comfortable furnishings and tasteful Adirondack/ Lake life decor, we were quick to unplug from technology and start enjoying this amazing lake house. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the abundance of toys and amenities for the lake. There was something for everyone - kayaks, paddleboards, a float to swim too - you name it! We spent hours on the water, enjoying every moment. It was a fantastic way to unwind and bond with family. The surrounding area was equally charming. The serene lake offered breathtaking views, especially during sunrise and sunset. We took advantage of the provided BBQ grill with delightful meals on the deck, and s'mores cooked over the firepit surrounded by more than enough Adirondack chairs, all while taking in the picturesque scenery. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. This lake house is a gem. Whether you're looking to relax or have an active adventure on the water, this place has it all. I can't recommend it enough and can't wait to return!

Perfect vacation house

I really can't say enough good things about this property. The house was absolutely amazing and beautifully decorated. We had a group of 10 people ranging from age 10-73 and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. There were lots of things provided to entertain us whether it was raining or the sun was shining. Indoors there was a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, shuffleboard and other various games. Outside we enjoyed using the kayaks, paddleboards and the kids favorite - the swim platform. We could hardly get them off of it:) The beach in front was very clean and perfect for building sandcastles. We also spent a few nights around the very nice firepit making s'mores. Sitting in the screened in porch was very comfortable and relaxing and perfect for listening to/watching the water. The only suggestion I can think of would be to add a bigger/deeper skillet for larger group meals. I did bring my own just in case and it made it much easier for cooking. Not a big deal, but just a suggestion. I also wanted to mention that the road to the property is very curvy, (which my husband loved), but if you suffer from car sickness like I do, don't forget to take some dramamine! Overall the property was definitely 5 stars! We made so many wonderful memories and will never forget this vacation. Thank you Jennifer for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

The most beautiful house on Schroon Lake.

The house was even better than the pictures. That combined with a very accommodating owner made for a great vacation. Besides having fun in the lake swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking, we had soo much fun in the house with the table tennis and schuffleboard board games. The view of the lake and mountains from the living room every morning was a beautiful was to start the day.

Just an awesome house!

We can up for Christmas week to ski and just have a change of scenery. This house is rustic beauty with all of the modern conveniences. The game room is a game changer as we had a lot of fun down there. Jennifer, the host, was communicative and helpful and very nice. Highly, highly recommend!

Beautiful Lake House

What a beautiful place to vacation! The house was stunning inside and out. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and the fire pit outside. The house was so well stocked, they have thought of everything! Being close to a bunch of hiking trails was a huge plus also. We had a wonderful time and did not want to leave!
