Studio in the Heart of Paris

This 17m² studio apartment is located in the 3rd arrondissement, at the crossroads of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th arrondissements in the centre of Paris. Between the trendy Marais district and the lively Les Halles district, it is nestled in a small historic (13th century) and quiet street (which can be occasionally lively in the evening), renowned for its art galleries.
The immediate area is very lively with many cafes, bars, clubs, restaurants, trendy shops and typical Parisian bistros. Extremely central, safe and convenient, it is close to all shops.
The accommodation is very well connected as it is close to the Châtelet-les Halles metro station (lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14; RER A, B and D). It provides direct access to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports, Disneyland, and the Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon, Gare Montparnasse and Gare Saint Lazare.
Three public car parks are available nearby (5 minutes walk).

On the ground floor (without lift), the windows overlook the street. It is accessed by a rather narrow and steep staircase from the entrance hall. It is ideal for a couple or solo. It includes:
- a double bed 140x190
- a bathroom with sink, bathtub and toilet
- an equipped kitchenette, and a table for lunch or work
Bed linen is provided as well as towels (bath towel, towel and bath mat)

You will have at your disposal: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven and television. A pedestal fan is provided in summer.

A welcome kit is provided including: tea bags, coffee capsules, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper. (These products are not renewed during your stay).
