Amazing sunrise and mountain views to enjoy! SECLUDED Cabin has 3 sleeping areas, and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6 w/2 king size beds upstairs in the semi- private loft bedrooms, separated by a bathroom, that over look the living area and have great views, ... 1 queen size bed in the private bedroom on the main floor with its own bathroom . Our cabin offers a gas fire place in the living room looking out to awesome mountain views. Loft level has a TV in each room. Xbox One is located in one of the loft bedrooms, so bring your favorite games ! Kitchen and dining area also look out through large fixed glass to beautiful mountain views. Laundry room is located down stairs. There is separate lock box for the Laundry room.. There is parking for 4 vehicles. Cabin is 15 minutes from Gatlinburg, 10 minutes from Dollywood, 20 minutes to Smoky Mountains National Park, less than 2 hours from Asheville .and 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge.

Outdoor Security Cameras are used around the property for the safety of the property and our guests.

Notes on our rural setting:

The Cabin is located in a rural area ON A DIRT ROAD... Water is supplied by a pump and a well on the premises. You may feel that water pressure is not sufficient , however, this is normal. as is the slight odor and yellowish stains due to minerals in the water. again, this is NORMAL. Every attempt is made to make sure everything in the house is in working order prior to your arrival. If something should go wrong during your stay, please know that professional plumbing, A/C and electrician services are not available on a 24 hour basis to us. Also, due to the rural setting, power can sometimes fluctuate or go off. This rarely happens, but is a possibility. We will make every effort to repair any problems that occur during your stay. However, there may be times (such as nights and weekends) when that is not possible. Guests must acknowledge and accept this possibility and rent the property fully aware that refunds will not be given due to after hours repairmen not being available in our area.

During the winter, there is a possibility of being "Snowed IN " with out power or water. Please be aware that you will need to make additional preparations for this possibility. Our Guidance is only a phone call away. Remember, we may also be " Snowed In " and may not be able to respond immediately.

Please note, the cabin provides paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps FOR ONLY ONE NIGHT. You will need to bring additional supplies.

The Washer and Dryer are located in the Laundry Room downstairs. The Laundry room is for your convenience and is for washing and drying of clothes only.

We reserve the right to enter the premises to effect repairs at any time. We will do our very best to give adequate notice to our guests.

There are no refunds given for trip interruption due acts of God such as tornado, hurricane, lightening strikes, power outage due to weather, etc. We highly recommend that you purchase traveler's insurance prior to your stay.

We do not allow third-party leasing or subleasing.
