Golfer's Paradise Home with Pool & Close to Lakes

Designer home with spectacular see-through entrance to living room, pool, and 4th hole of Mission Inn golf course (rated No. 2 in the State of Florida). Inside and outside dining area available at the home. Home is located 25 minutes from Mount Dora which is great for shopping, dining & beautiful lake views. This area has multiple hiking trails and is close to the lake for nice walks and taking in nature.

This property is equipped with a ring doorbell at the front entrance facing the driveway. This home is also equipped with two Hawk HD cameras with one located at the corner of the house & garage facing the driveway & one on the back corner of the home facing the pool pump & equipment. All cameras will be on.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Failure to clean grill before departure will result in extra cleaning fee of $40.
Late check out without host approval will be charged $50 hourly to guest.
Please do not touch any pool equipment. If a guest does so, they are subject to eviction & will also be charged a flat fee of $150.
