Very nice apartment of 4 rooms, about 90 M2 and fully air-conditioned, located on the 1st floor of a single house Nice in a residential area, 5 minutes from the tram and at the foot of the bus lines. The beaches are 10 minutes by tram or bus.
All rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV and air conditioning, the kitchen has full equipment, the apartment also has two bathrooms (bath and shower) and two toilets. Bed linen and towels are provided.
An outside terrace where you can take your meals is at your disposal, out of sight.
Parking nearby is not free and a secure garage can be provided free of charge.
