Its large bay windows and its crossing stay, oriented north-south, offers a luminosity and a pleasant and convivial space. Its large terrace with outdoor shower and barbecue leads directly to the sea.
The interior of the house, consists of the generous volume of the living through, open on both terraces, the open kitchen, a master bedroom with bed 180, a bedroom with two beds 90, respectively integrating a closet with double wardrobe and shelves, a generous shower room with Italian shower and two sinks, a toilet with separate washing machine and a laundry area.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft direkt am Meer mit tollem Blick, wunderbarer Terrasse, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. FĂŒr uns eine perfekte Urlaubswoche in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft. Und der Kontakt mit Florence war auch super und sehr nett.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en mai 2023 dans cette petite villa idéalement située et correspondant totalement à nos attentes. L'annonce est conforme à la réalité. Le logement, récemment rafraßchi, est trÚs fonctionnel. Communication et accueil parfaits avec Florence, trÚs pro, à l'écoute et de bon conseil pour la découverte de cette belle région. Merci à elle. Maison fonctionnelle au pied de la mer. Terrasse trÚs appréciable, avec vue imprenable. Le mobilier de jardin est un peu rustique notamment sur l'assise. La cuisine mériterait un petit rafraßchissement. Hormis cela tout était parfait. Florence est trÚs disponible et de bons conseils.

Une maison trĂšs agrĂ©able avec de beaux volumes et une vue superbe sur la mer. Un peu cachĂ©e par la verdure malgrĂ© tout. Florence en charge de la maison est trĂšs rĂ©active et sympathique. Le calme de novembre

Dans un cadre arboré et entretenu, une maison trÚs lumineuse, fonctionnelle et trÚs agréable à vivre. Rien ne manque. TrÚs bien orientée, avec une vue directe sur la mer, elle nous fait oublier que nous sommes dans un lotissement, et vraiment située à 20 mÚtres de la plage, nous avons été bercés par les vagues. L'environnement est juste magnifique. Merci à Florence pour son trÚs bon accueil, sa disponibilité et tous ses bons conseils. Famille avec enfants de 10 et 18 ans

Hervorragende Lage des Ferienhauses

Super Lage, das Haus zeigte an einigen wenigen Stellen einen kleinen Renovierungsstau, was auch von Florence mitgeteilt wurde. Diese Reparaturen sollten im kommenden Winter erledigt werden. WÀre nur viel besser gewesen, wenn wir es vorher erfahren hÀtten . Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit Florence hervorragend.

Super Lage an einem herrlichen Ort

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Direkt vor den Terrasse lag Meer, das zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln einlud. Nach dem Aufenthalt im Wasser gab es eine Außendusche und LiegestĂŒhle mit Sonnenschirmen auf der großen Terrasse. Die KĂŒche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Dusche war go-in . Zu Fuß konnte man ins gute Restaurant vor Ort gehen. Florence war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. In unserem Zeitraum waren viele HĂ€user noch nicht besetzt, was nrtĂŒrlich auch sehr angenehm war.

Localisation parfaite

Florence et Candice ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponibles dĂ©jĂ  en amont de notre arrivĂ©e. L’accueil est chaleureux, les consignes et conseils sont claires et Ă©tablies dans un book fourni au prĂ©alable. La maison est ancienne et certaines choses mĂ©riteraient un petit rafraĂźchissement ou des petites rĂ©parations. Celles-ci n’empĂȘchent pas de passer un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able dans ce lieu magique, face Ă  la mer Ă  quelques pas d’une magnifique petite crique ou encore d’une plage Ă  l’eau cristalline. La localisation est sans aucun doute le point fort de cette location puisqu’au-delĂ  d’un cadre exceptionnel, elle est situĂ©e entre l’üle rousse et Calvi, non loin de plages aussi magnifiques les unes que les autres.

Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil est trÚs chaleureux. La maison est bien entretenue et bien équipée. Ce qui nous a le plus plu est la vue magnifique et dépaysante sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Le quartier et propre et bien entretenu également. Je recommande cette location.
