Arrowhead is located in the Cypress Bend subdivision, between Comanche Crossing and the Kenneth Arthur Crossing. This spacious home offers a main house and guest house. Enjoy the Frio River by day and relax in the pool in the evenings. Outdoors you will find a pergola, BBQ Pit, fire pit and great views!

All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.

For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.

Terrible beds at Arrowhead House in Concan

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds are awful, we could not sleep. It’s terrible we paid that much money to sleep so miserably and still have back aches days later. Never agajn!

Family Weekend

The bathrooms for each bedroom was ideal. The walking areas around the house and guest house made it very easy for our 93 year old father to maneuver and he really enjoyed the front porch area. We all enjoyed the openess of the main house and the 2 kids that joined up Saturday enjoyed the pool. The short walk to the river was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Short 5 min walk to river access, Clean private pool a plus. Two refrigerators was a bonus. AC worked well. Upstairs full beds BAD, sloping to the middle. Upstairs floor was gritty on arrival, otherwise very clean. Enjoyed family time at two picnic tables under the large Pergola and the pool.** You can float from the North access and exit at South end of the subdivision, about 30 minutes, more if river is very low. Flow was 50 cfm when we were there.

Reviewer Comments: This was one of our best river trips, family from out of state flew in to celebrate Memorial weekend.🇺🇸🇺🇸 We had a BBQ, I think every evening... my nieces/nephews had a blast! Just visiting/pool time and the river float was AWESOME...will definitely want to stay at Arrowhead again!!!

We will definitely book this place again. The house was clean and with complete amenities. Didn't expect the 2 ref which was really helpful to us. The swimming pool was clean, although it was really cold!!! The only thing disadvantage was the keys. It was hard to open the doors.

But when we got there it was awesome the landscape, the river, the live deers and the rental home was very cozy and enough space for 16 people. My kids loved it. We can't wait to go back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the Arrowhead was a good stay. It wasn’t the best we have stayed in, but it fulfilled our vacation needs. Notified the main office of a few things that needed to be addressed. Major one was that the light IN the pool was loose and shocked us when we accidentally got too close. The grill did not have a bottom grate, so the charcoal didn’t provide enough heat to cook fajitas. Bring wood for grilling. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.
