Large country house located in the mountain area of Llutxent. It offers views of the village and the mountains. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The exterior of this property is ideal where you can enjoy the private chlorine pool with dimensions of 5x12m and a depth between 1,2m and 1,8m. It is completely fenced for the safety of the little ones and has an outdoor shower. The porch is an ideal place to enjoy a delicious barbecue with your companions.

Inside, you will find a cosy living-dining room open to the kitchen. It is equipped with air conditioning and has a fireplace for cooler evenings. The gas cooker is equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook comfortably and feel at home. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and one with a double bed. They are equipped with air conditioning, fan or heating. A bathroom with shower completes the stay. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

Llutxent belongs to the region of Valle de Albaida, known for its natural landscapes and for being only 28km from the beach. This well-known town is part of the well-known "Ruta de los Monasterios" (Monastery Route), through which you can enjoy hiking. For the more adventurous, 40 km away is the town of Ontinyent where you have access to the natural area of "El Pou Clar" and 12 km away is the Bellus reservoir. Only 3 km away is the "Mas de Xetà" where you can go horse riding and see some of the equestrian championships that are held there. 4 km away is the Balica Aeroclub where you can see different types of helicopters and even take flying courses. At the end of April the Moors and Christians festivities are held in LLutxent.
