EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY NEW - WORKS COMPLETED IN MAY 2019.

Charming little house entirely renovated in a tree-filled and secure residence with swimming pool 700 M from Benoît de La Baule beach.

You can enjoy the enclosed and secure garden in the morning with family breakfast :).

It is composed like this:

- On the ground floor a living room including a fitted kitchen area with dishwasher - induction hob (3) etc ...
- Sitting area with convertible sofa - TV - wifi.

A bathroom with walk-in shower - washing machine - hairdryer available.

- Upstairs, a small hall with storage cabinet then a bedroom with chest of drawers - TV also. From the window, you can see the La BAULE equestrian center where the jumping takes place every year.

Nearby: You will find a tennis court - Atlantia room - mini-golf 350 M - Benoît de La Baule beach at 700 M - crêperie etc ...

You will be 2 minutes from a shopping center (pharmacy - tobacco office - bakery - small restaurants - macdo nearby) etc ...

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Eine abgeschlossene Ferienanlage mit eigenem Parkplatz. Schade, dass die steile Treppe zum Schlafzimmer auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen war.

Accueil parfait, maison très propre, agréablement décorée et très bien équipée

Très calme en cette période de Noël. Résidence sécurisée, très bien située, à 5 mn à pieds de la plage Benoît et proche du centre ville. Le logement est très bien équipé, rien ne manque pour faire la cuisine et il y a un bon stock de vaisselle. Jolie déco. Maison très propre et tout ce qu'il faut pour faire le ménage. La propriétaire est accueillante et à l'écoute. Merci à elle. Idéal pour 2 personnes adultes.

Maison parfaite

Idéalement située à 700 m de l'océan, cette maison à l'abri des regards est très calme et il n'y manque rien. Literie parfaite et raffinement du décor et accessoires de la maison. Les conditions atmosphériques ne nous ont pas permis de profiter au mieux du potentiel de cette résidence (piscine, jardinet...). Toutefois un peu éloigné de nos centres d'intérêts (plage, commerces etc.)
