5 bedrooms plus a Bonus Room, 3 1/2 baths including 2 larger ensuite bedrooms, spacious great room with step down living area, tiled kitchen & dining room, granite center island bar with big decks facing East. Just 1 short block to a popular beach. Central air, garage, off street parking, and an outside shower. This Townhome has it all! Bedding: 3 bedroom with 2 twins each, Other 2 bedrooms both have king beds- plus sleeping accommodation in the bonus room. 2 large, furnished decks plus ground floor patio. This is a great vacation location for the whole family!

Sea Isle City vacation home

The house was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Tastefully decorated, but sparse furnishings—no chairs in bedrooms. Very noisy—all 4 bedrooms on second floor were awakened by anyone walking on third floor living room, dining room and kitchen. Third floor bedroom was largest and quieter than others. Very little cookware—thankfully we were able to have one of our late-arriving children bring serving bowls and platters, serving utensils, knives, large pots, etc.. It was impossible to make a meal for 10 with the dishes and cookware in the house. Only 4 camp chairs for beach—no beach chairs, umbrella, toys or wagon. NO BEACH TAGS either as promised. Despite the drawbacks, we would stay there again. We will be more prepared the next time.
