About this property

Beautifully upgraded condo in Maui Vista steps from world class beaches.

Aloha! We are happy to share our gorgeous, bright, clean and​ well-equipped vacation home with you. One bedroom with one queen bed, one bath and a sofa bed (sleeps four). Maui Vista is just steps from Charley Young beach. This quiet unit is located in the 2nd building, 3rd floor. Enjoy the 3 pool areas, 6 tennis courts and 3 barbecue areas on the property.

The space:
The unit has a renovated, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and an island for extra counter space and dining. One bedroom furnished with a comfy Queen size bed. The bathroom is upgraded with granite countertops, stone tile and bamboo glass accents on the walk-in shower. The living room has a large comfortable sofa and chair, flat-screen TV & DVD player. The lanai, with its beautiful garden & partial ocean views, is a perfect place to enjoy romantic twilight dinners.

Building Amenities:
Guests at Maui Vista have access to three pools and six tennis courts and plenty of bar-b-que areas.

Other things to note
Our home is very well appointed. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full dresser and a closet. The living room has a double sofa bed, very comfortable for two additional guests. A large flat-screen TV with Cable. There is a house phone with free long distance calls to the US and Canada. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi which is 400 mbps, upgraded to allow for people to "work on vacation". We have also included 2 ethernet cables if you want to plug into the modem. There is a closet in the main hallway equipped with beach gear including boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel gear. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and has a lot of modern conveniences including a washer and dryer. We provide dish soap, soap for the dishwasher, bar soap, and paper towels. There are also plenty of spices for cooking. The kitchen has a coffee pot as well as plates, glassware utensils, pots and pans, and everything you need for creating home-cooked meals.

The Neighborhood:
Kihei is a great, fun and energetic casual resort town with the best beaches on Maui. Centrally we are located near Wailea (more shopping, dining, golf and fine dining) and close to the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium. A short drive up Kihei road is the bustling tourist areas of Lahaina and Ka'anapali. For adventurers I suggest Haleakala, where you can see a beautiful sunrise, bike down a mountain or zipline!

The host was very helpful with all of her notes and suggestions about the area. The location was great for all the sites on the island. It was close to everything. There were a few things that needed fixed but they were not major at all. I would recommend this place to anyone staying on Maui. The beaches were very good in this area.

The home was great and clean, check in was easy, it was very convenient to have beach chairs towels and umbrellas in the closet. Everything was well appointed. The only surprising thing was the bed in the bedroom was listed as a queen seems more like a full. We were ok, but if I were a large man with his wife it could be cozy.

Peaceful and Great Location!

We had a wonderful time! We were with a large family reunion across the street so the location was great. It is an easy walk to beaches, and the fun parts of Kihei. Check-in was simple, and Vanessa was easy to work with the whole way through. A very nice condo!
