Lovely, small block with beautiful pool ...

Lovely, small block with beautiful pool and gardens. 5 mins walk to Arenal beach and 40 mins walk to port. Plently of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Stayed at this block several times. Pool never busy and very quiet during the day. Recommended.

Great property convenient for the beach and restaurants.....sadly only 3 stars due to air con issues

The property is very spacious over 4 levels including the garage below. There are 3 bedrooms that would accommodate 6 and an extra lounge upstairs and another one on the ground floor that have sofa beds. The garden is on the back of the property and not leading onto the pool as we thought but this was fine and offered more privacy, fab pool very well kept grounds, other guests were lovely, mix of english and mainly spanish. The major problem was the air con not working in 2 of the bedrooms for 4 of our 7 nights, it was too hot too sleep without it and caused a lot of stress ! and we spent a lot of time on the phone chasing people to get it sorted , after 2 engineer visits it still didn't work. If the air con worked or was fixed within 24 hrs i would give this place 5 *.

We are sorry you've had an issue with the aircon, we tried to do our best to solve it as soon as possible, but as the unit needed a special piece from the official service this took a little longer. El alojamiento destaca porque se puede ir andando a la playa, al super y restaurantes. Por otro lado, la piscina esta a solo unos pasos de la puerta de la casa. El inmueble es amplio y cuenta con garaje privado techado. La señal wifi es fuerte en la 1ra planta y muy débil o nula en las plantas de arriba.

Lovely apartment, excellent location to the Arenal Beach and other surrounding amenities. Very comfortable stay, but caution required if you have mobility issues as there are quite a few stairs to contend with. All in all a wonderful place.
