A condo with small water view from a distance of Wolf Bay from the patio. Pier for fishing, docking your boat, watching beautiful sunrise/sunsets, and dolphin viewing. Complex has a pool which is on Wolf bay and a grilling area. Picture with pier is the end of complex - my unit sits a little back from water.

One and half miles to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. New Wharf complex is nearby where you can see live concerts, play indoor putt putt golf and see movies at a RAVE theater. Walking distance to shopping or food. Golf courses, hiking and biking trails also are nearby. Boat ramp 1/4 mile away to put boat in.

Overall the place was nice and in a good location. However, I had trouble getting the check in information. I messaged the host on vrbo and sent a text. She responded but didnt send any info until I contacted VRBO's customer support, and they called her. I finally got the information 3 hours after check in. If there wasnt any problems with check in, I would recommend.

Place was very clean and spacious. Pictures on listing are deceiving as they show the building at end of the complex, a totally different building than the unit. Host emailed earlier with some info, but had to contact them on our way down for check in info and unit number to find it. Pool was very nice. Parking was adequate. Inside the unit, no lights worked in any of the 3 ceiling fans. Last night there was an electrical issue where TV, stove and living area lights lost power. No breakers tripped. Then AC quit working. Power flickered in rest of unit a couple of times. Thought we were going to have to load up and find a hotel. Messaged host and no response. Called and got voicemail. Power to the things that had cut off came back on about 4am. Left earlier this morning and so far, no reply. No check out info either. Location was great, place was nice. Just needs some attention and better communications

Our host was very responsive. Location was very convenient. Kitchen was well equipped. We only recommend them to put a couple of trash bags, hand soaps, some small toiletries and a little bit more clean and comfortable pillows will make stay even more comfortable. We will definitely consider to come back.

Great Location!

A short drive from the Gulf with a pool that overlooks the bay! Great location close to all the area has to offer, and maintains a peaceful atmosphere.

Nice place!

me and my boyfriend stayed for a long weekend for a music festival! Great property in a good location. Nice place on the bay also not to far from the public beaches. Lots of food places near by.
