We had a wonderful time at this cottage in Dewey Beach! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The screened-in porch was a favorite spot to unwind, and the location made it easy to enjoy the beach and explore the area. It’s a great place to bring our dogs, who felt right at home. The host was lovely to deal with, very responsive, and went out of his way, as always, to make sure we had a great stay!!!!

We had a wonderful time and mostly because we love staying at this property. Everything was clean and ready for us. We know if we need anything Ron is available to assist us. We love using the kitchen because we love our coffee and breakfast in-house in the morning. Sometimes we cook in the evening instead of going out, and the kitchen makes that possible. We love the location -- close to the beach on one side and close to the bay on the other side!

Another perfect stay at our favorite place in Dewey Beach! The cottage was spotless, beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and just as wonderful as always. Our dogs loved it, and the screened-in porch is such a great feature. The location is perfect—close to the beach and convenient to everything Dewey has to offer. We truly couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The host is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating, and always makes us feel so welcome. This is hands down our favorite place to stay, and we look forward to coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

This is our 4th or 5th time staying here. We love it,close to everything, no need to move the car if you don't want to. Ron (host) is great. He has always responded to any questions very quickly and is always great to deal with. We love the screened porch and spend a great deal of time there.

My son treated me to this vacation. It was wonderful - the perfect combination of past and present. The interior was knotty pine (reminded me of my childhood) combined with necessary things being modern (plumbing). The location was central, so we did not move the car except to grocery shop. We had a terrific vacation and booked for next year!

We loved the location of the property. It was well-cared for and well supplied with kitchen and dining ware. The living room furniture and beds were comfortable. There was plenty of closet and drawer space in the bedrooms. As older people, we appreciated being on one level. We brought our dog and would have preferred having a fenced yard, but we knew what we were getting, so that's not a complaint. We found the temperature of running water somewhat erratic and would have preferred a shower with more consistent hot water. We are also used to having a garbage disposal, built-in sprayer, and dishwasher, which we missed, but didn't anticipate beforehand. Also, we are used to having a toaster or toaster-oven with more consistent heating than what we found. But, overall, we had a good time and found the house better than average in our rental experience. And it was great to meet Ron. Thank you.

We’ve been renting the cottage from Ron for 6 years and we love it! It’s convenient to everything and Ron is very helpful and accommodating! We love looking forward to the new features Ron adds each year! New furniture, curtains, bathroom, lighting and a nice big tv, etc! We love, love the porch and privacy the landscaping provides. The beds are very comfortable too. The rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking supplies and dish ware, etc. We also enjoy the proximity to North Beach bar with entertainment and free meals each week. The beach is just a block and a half away. Great place!! Thanks Ron!

Another epic stay at the 3Rs house. There is nothing to not love about this place! The owner is a super nice guy and extremely accommodating…we appreciate that so much. The whole place is incredibly clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Couches and beds very comfy. The redone bathroom is really nice. Location- convenient to everything!!!!! The screened in porch is so peaceful. It’s obvious that the host takes such pride and care in all aspects of this property…It is truly our “feel good” place! Our dogs love it, too! Many thanks to Ron- for another great trip of “making memories”
