This beautiful apartment was perfectly situated to get the most out of our visit to Edinburgh! Host was responsive and thoughtful. Second guestroom was tiny but we were appropriately aware from the listing and unsurprised. We got exactly what we were hoping for!

The apartment was spacious, clean and perfectly located to explore Edinburgh. The Castle can be viewed from the bedroom window…it’s a beautiful sight. The location in New Town was a welcome respite from the busyness of Old Town.Restaurants are nearby and a coffee/hot chocolate shop is right across the street.Walkable to the train station and to the Hop on Hop Off pick up.We had a wonderful Sunday Roast at Hawksmoor Restaurant which is also walking distance.Morris was an excellent host and readily available for any questions we had.The only negative is the two flights of winding stairs to get to the flat. If carting large pieces of luggage, it’s quite daunting.Small price to pay for such a wonderful apartment.Thank you, Morris!

The property was city center and walking distance to everything we needed. We trained into town and walked to the property with no issues. It was a 10-15 min walk from Waverly Station. We enjoyed the castle views and the close food/entertainment options.

A gorgeous flat with all the necessary amenities. Easy access/check-in, excellent communication, exceptional views. A minor fix was remedied immediately by Morris. Comfortable living space with a layout that flows nicely. Reasonable distance to all that Edinburgh has to offer. Bathroom was like a spa experience. Lots of dining choices nearby, too. Recommend Baba, Contini and Browns. Would definitely stay again!

This is a clean, spacious and well equipped flat. The location is perfect…walkable to everything! The bed is comfortable and the shower has wonderful pressure! The Landlord is very helpful. If you want a first class flat that is elegant and comfortable this is the flat for you!

Morris was excellent and quick to respond to any enquiry.Flat is bang in the centre of Edinburgh and hard to imagine a property of this quality anywhere better situated.Steam shower a real treat with fantastic water pressure.My wife and I are 73 and 72 respectively and the stairs up to the flat were initially a bit tiring, but we got used to the ascent fairly quickly. Lots of character in this 200 year old building, overall it is as described, a luxury flat.

The suite was an outstanding place to spend two weeks in Edinburgh. It was spacious, very well equipped, and in a fantastic location for seeing the sights and going to pubs and restaurants.
