Close to the beach, and very walkable location to the Boardwalk. It was nice to have the availability of the cart for Descansco day. Clean, and well stocked. Plenty of room for a large family.

We stayed at this cute house for a 50th birthday girls trip! There were 10 of us and plenty of space for all of us! Location is perfect and everything was walkable. Mike was so nice and very responsive throughout our entire stay! He accommodated us in every way! The ferry times did not align with check in and check out times and he allowed us to store our luggage to make things easier for us! There was a chance boats would not be running on our check out day due to weather/wind and Mike offered for us to stay another night if our ferry was cancelled. He also sent someone right away for check on the AC unit when we couldn't figure it out. Great house and would stay again! I only gave the cleanliness 4 stars because the futon in the lower living area could use a good cleaning :) Thank you for a memorable time!

The home was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything. Michael was quick to respond for any questions we had. The home was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and reconnect this home to anyone coming to Catalina.

Family weekend getaway

We had eight adults, siblings getting together. The house was perfect. We had a terrific stay. It is comfortable, spacious, and conveniently located to what’s best on the island.

Great house - close to shops and restaurants

Clean, nicely decorated house with two kitchens and an awesome deck. Spacious living rooms with plenty of seating for families! We had three generations of family members staying here - it worked out great! I would definitely stay here again.

Great 4th of July

Amazing location & layout

Had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday with friends here. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants from Angela’s place. Angela was very communicative & we loved the layout, upper deck, and comfortable bedrooms.

Amazing stay

My family of 10 stayed at this amazing property for our summer vacation. This is the third time staying here and it keeps getting better. We wanted for nothing as the house is well stocked and designed for a comfortable beach vacation. We will definitely be returning for a fourth time!
