Spacious 5 bedroom home, 1 block from beach

We are taking extra precautions to keep our property extra clean for travelers.

4 queen size bedrooms
1 twin trundle bedroom
2 queen size sofa beds in living room, 1 double sofa bed upstairs .
3 bathrooms
Large Sundeck with dining table ; family room upstairs
One 6-seat golf cart with seat belts
Staircase to 2nd floor is located outside house.

The house was originally built and rented as a duplex. To make it more comfortable
for extended families we changed the description. It is now a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house
with 2 kitchens, living rooms and a large upper deck. And 1 golf cart that seats 6.

This comfortable, Well-appointed Duplex is close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Perfect family getaway one block from all Catalina has to offer.

What a great rental! Perfectly located and adequately outfitted with everything you need for a great Avalon family vacation. Spacious (particularly for this town) with a big deck, air conditioned and ceiling fans in all of the rooms! The couple questions we had were answered very quickly. This was our second stay and we look forward to renting again next year!! Highly recommend!!

Great house - close to shops and restaurants

Clean, nicely decorated house with two kitchens and an awesome deck. Spacious living rooms with plenty of seating for families! We had three generations of family members staying here - it worked out great! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

My family of 10 stayed at this amazing property for our summer vacation. This is the third time staying here and it keeps getting better. We wanted for nothing as the house is well stocked and designed for a comfortable beach vacation. We will definitely be returning for a fourth time!

Family weekend getaway

Great 4th of July

Our extended family had a wonderful stay celebrating the 4th of July in Avalon. The home was wonderfully equipped including beach toys and equipment making the stay perfect.

Amazing location & layout

Had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday with friends here. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants from Angela’s place. Angela was very communicative & we loved the layout, upper deck, and comfortable bedrooms.

Spectacular

Mike is on top of any needs you may have or desire. the property could not be in a better location. Magical is the only word to describe Catalina and Mikes Blue home. Roomy, the perfect location to walk everywhere and simply appointed with items you may require. A MUST expereince.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The only downside was that we were not told that we had to walk through one bedroom to get to another and at night we had to go into the other bedroom to use the bathroom thus waking up the person sleeping in that room.

Family stay

We stayed in the lovely well equipped and very well located home in June. We had many family members visiting Avalon over the weekend and we met for hordourves and cocktails at the property on the upstairs outside deck. The golf cart was a huge bonus and my 85 year old father was able to see views of Avalon that he hasn’t seen in decades. We had a wonderful stay.
