Magnificent villa of 320 m2 located at the foot of Monte Pego. Facing the natural park, the golf course and the beach of Oliva 10 minutes away. 15 mins from CCial de Ondara, 20 mins from Dénia. Very quiet villas. Two suites with each bathroom, shower, bath and toilet. A parental suite + cabin bunk beds SDB and WC. A twin bedroom with bathroom, shower and WC. A studio with convertible, kitchen, shower and WC. Swimming pool of 55 m2 salt water, its large terrace with sea view and outdoor kitchen. Reversible climate control.
