This property was perfect for our large multi generational family. Everyone had their own space while still being close to each other. The kids loved being able to be in the pool while everyone else hung out in the outdoor living area. Our host Esther was great. Communications was easy and she was so nice.

Trying to find a place for 14 people ranging in ages from 2 - 86, is not so easy. Communication with the owners before booking the Promise Tree was so helpful! They got back to me so quickly! We arrived quite early, and Esther was kind enough to allow us an early check in. It was pouring rain and as we were trying to place everyone in the best rooms for our entourage, Esther came over and explained where everything was, and how things worked. The property is so big and absolutely beautiful! They have everything you will need while you’re there. Pack and plays, beach chairs, snorkel gear, even water shoes in sizes for almost everyone. Coolers, wagons, umbrellas! The pool was used every day, rain or shine! It was such a great fit for our large family. Thank you Esther for your prompt replies to my many questions! Your communication is stellar! Thank you for your kindness, and creating such a wonderful place for families to gather. MahaloSteve and Debbie Vega
