403 Barrington Arms - Perfect Beach Getaway - Fido Friendly

This charming 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath villa is the perfect beach getaway. The view from the balcony overlooks the pool and out to the ocean. The kitchen, living room, and dining room have a coastal chic vibe that is stylish and relaxing. The bedroom and bathrooms are designed for comfort and convenience. Walking, swimming, and having fun in the sun are only a few sandy steps away.

**Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.

Condo had a great view. Shower was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. We would prefer a leather couch. It’s more sanitary. There were potato chips under one of the chairs, but we would stay there again.

Very much enjoyed the condo and its location. Lovely view of the ocean and well maintained property. The kitchen is well-equipped although I always bring own s/s pot and pan in case there’s only nonstick. The condo is bright and charming and so clean! Also rented bikes and chairs with umbrella through the company that associates with the condo management company. Easy and items were in great condition! Too windy for the umbrella, though. Haven’t been to HH in years but would come back.

Adorable Condo

When you walked in it looked very clean, but to a detailed eye it could use a good scrubbing. Sheets and towels were clean and in good condition. There are no basic supplies first time renting a VRBO that did not have the basics i.e. coffee, sugar, salt pepper some basic spices. No cleaning supplies at all so water is the only wipe up provided. Washer did not work the enyotr time we were there and altough someone came it was not fixed. Code did not work on last day but Holly was amazing and very quick to respond.

Great Beach Getaway

We throughly enjoyed the property, pool area, beach access and the beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Bike paths made easy access to many of the entertainment opportunities around the island. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

It was an easy process. Main living carpet needed cleaned and shower doors/toilet in main bathroom were dirty. But overall the view was well worth it! Would stay there again next year but the rate is going up 25%.

Great Spot!

I was looking for a fun spot for a Staycation and this was perfect. It has a quiet location in PD and the pool and beach were deserted (November stay). Rhonda and the Property Management Company were quick to respond to all of my questions and made the stay there seemless. It is important to note that this is more of a rental company vacation than a VRBO -- And what I mean by that is that there are fewer of the "personal" touches that come with a rental directly though an owner. You need to know to bring ALL kitchen supplies from salt to coffee as well as paper products, garbage bags, and kitchen soap. What you don't need are beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels. Overall, I had a great stay.

Could not have been better!!!

This is a very beautiful one bedroom, 1.5 bath condo! Plenty of room. Beautiful decor and very clean! The complex is very clean and the grounds are perfectly manicured. We will go back! We could literally lay in the bed each morning and watch the sunrise over the ocean (week before Thanksgiving). It was also warm enough for us to eat breakfast on the balcony and watch/hear the ocean. The property is supplied with everything you need. Nice dishes, pots, pans, utensils. etc. It was fantastic that they allow pets for an additional pet fee. No evidence of any prior pets. Great cleaning job. I highly recommend this property.
