Charming house near the beaches, landscaped and sunny walled garden
Our house is located in a typical village of Noirmoutier, le Vieil. This village is a haven of peace to spend a wonderful vacation.
Our house is 400 meters from shops (grocery store, tobacco bar, restaurants ..) and 400 meters by foot from Mardi Gras beach. The other beaches are also nearby.
the place is a charming house on the ground floor, renovated to make it pleasant for the holidays. It has a fitted and equipped kitchen. It also has 3 beautiful bedrooms, one of which is dedicated to children and the other two have double beds in 160. The living room of approximately 45 m2 is composed of a living area with sofa and armchair and a dining area with a large rectangular table, this room is very bright and gives direct access to the wooden terrace and the closed and sunny garden. On the terrace protected by shade sails? you will find a large table (10 to 12 people) and chairs from the Fermob brand.
A water point is provided for returning from the beach or fishing.
An additional terrace is dedicated to a rest area with a large parasol, garden sofas, coffee table to rest or have an aperitif with family or friends.
In another part of the garden, the magnificent fig tree will offer you pleasant shade and its figs to be consumed without moderation.
A deposit of 750 euros will be required at the entrance of the premises, it will not be cashed but returned at the exit in case of non-damage.
