One-level, three bedroom home a short walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach, also known as Sand Hill Cove. The house was renovated and furnished in the spring of 2019. The house is tastefully decorated with an open kitchen and living area to spend time together.
For the renter who is looking to spend their time outside, the home features an enclosed outdoor shower, which some consider a requirement for their beach vacation. There is also an outdoor patio with table and umbrella for dining, and a gas grill to cook fresh seafood.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
