SUMMARY: 3 Bed, 2 full bath (fully renovated for '24 - 2 showers, 1 soaking tub), plus outdoor shower, w/ additional pull out queen (sleeps 8 total), 1 block to the beach, The Icona Beach Bar, The Windrift Hotel, Bar and Restaurant, The Avalon Brew Pub, and a 15 minute walk to 96th street shopping. 8-10 car parking AND 30’ x 15’ in-ground salt water heated pool with 8-10 person spa! Heated from 9am to 6pm at 80 degrees in season.

We provide Linens & Towels for (7 day WEEKLEY RENTALS ONLY!)

Electric car charging off front and side of the house.

Fully renovated interior, with stainless fridge, gas range, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

L shaped indoor bar for entertaining, a large dining room table inside, and a 8 person dining room table outdoor as well!

Grill stocked with propane.

Beach chairs, beach tags, beach & pool toys available to guests.

New washer/ dryer, AC/HVAC units and water heater.
Routine AC vent and duct cleanings.

Beds: Queen in Master, two doubles in another, and two singles in a third. Couch with pull out queen in living, and a blow-up bed in the closet.

Spacious and private (lined with about 40 leyland cypresses) backyard with 8 person dining table, buffet table, and pool loungers (both outside pool and in pool on a sun-shelf). Bluetooth speaker for backyard. Property is approximately 10,000 square feet. HUGE and private lot for AV.

Game cabinet.

Roku TV w/ house YouTube TV login, to access local news, sports and stations. You can also sign into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and other accounts if you desire.

Wifi w/ full indoor coverage and coverage for most of the backyard (including the outside dining table and pool loungers).

Hanging closet space in multiple rooms.

Coffee maker w/ K Cups (included), Blenders, Toaster, Iron & Ironing board, shellfish pot & utensils, stocked kitchen w/ pots/ pans, cooking trays, cutting boards, new knives etc.

We had a lovely and magical stay at this property! The pool and hot tub area was the highlight but we also appreciated the proximity to the beach and to downtown Stone Harbor and the newly renovated and clean interior.

Cute beach house in a perfect location! The pool and hot tub can’t be beat, and as a family with small kids, we felt very comfortable knowing the pool was secured with locked gates. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the home had all the little touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely come back!

Great little cottage

Down for a week and was very happy with the place. Perfect location for walking to the beach or pick up some food. Pool was wonderful and nice to have after the hot beach. Would return again.

We couldn’t have had a better time at this property! Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The house was perfect for our group and at a great location, 1 block from the beach. When the weather didn’t work out for the beach it was so nice to have the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!!

Our stay was amazing! The house has well stocked with cookware and silverware. We enjoyed cooking on the grill. The pool and hot tub were crystal clear and very relaxing. Plenty of outdoor seating. The neighborhood was quiet and close to local restaurants. The communication was great, beach tags were in a basket at the house. There were clear directions on how to use things as well as directions for when we left. I can't wait to book again!

We had a wonderful time. The listing does not have a good picture of the living room but there is a couch and a love seat as well as two other swivel chairs so there was plenty of space for everyone to sit down and enjoy watching a movie. All the beds are comfortable. The outdoor space was the highlight for us. We were not blessed with the best week of weather but enjoyed using the hot tub and heated pool even in the rain. We were delighted to find lots of off street parking when we arrived and outdoor outlets located in perfect locations to charge the golf cart we rented. Communication was great with the host. They got back to us right away with all questions during the booking process and during our stay. We brought our dog with us for the first time and this place was perfect for her and us to enjoy vacation together.

Girls weekend

We had an amazing girls weekend away and lucked out with the weather and were able to enjoy the pool, which was the highlight of the trip. Communication with Amy was great and you can’t beat the location! The only two things I would say could use improvements are that we could bot get the hot tub to heat, despite following the directions and the beds were a little dirty underneath the comforters (dirt and crumbs). But we would definitely stay here again!directions.

One of the few original beach cottages on the island (but fully renovated), with an amazing location (one block to the beach, The Windrift, The Icona Beach Bar, and a quick Jitney ride, bike ride or walk to downtown Stone Harbor (1 mile) and Avalon), with a huge and tree lined backyard, perfect for entertaining with a resort style salt water pool and spa - 8- 10 car parking with electric included !

What makes this property unique

15 x 30 foot heated salt water pool that is 5ft deep and a 8- 10 person in-ground salt water spa !

Pool and Spa will open first week of April and will be heated from May 1st through October 1st.

Pool is heated from 9am to 6pm at 80 degrees.
