We really enjoyed the theater room for winding down at the end of the evening. Plenty of space for all of us. It was so nice having such a big washer and dryer available too!

Overall great property. Door code wouldn’t work when we got there and a short phone call straightened it out fast. Theater, games and hot tub all utilized and enjoyed. Short distance to all the things we wanted to do

Our host was so accommodating and the house was perfect for our family of boys. We really enjoyed the theater room and the hot tub after skiing. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a really great stay in Colorado Springs for my college reunion. All the amenities were accurate.House was very clean, bed/bedding all made very professionally.Our kids absolutely loved the theater room, watched movies and TV a bunch. They also really liked the old school video game system which was a really nice plus.Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, appliances etc. Hottub was another nice plus that the kids really enjoyed.Location is great, close to Garden of the Gods, but in a nice and very quiet neighborhood.Its not super close to a ton of restaurants, but close to King Soopers for groceries, and downtown C-Springs is only 5 minutes away for dining needs.

Had a great stay! Went for a graduation and the house was perfect and the kids enjoyed the movie theater and basketball hoop. We enjoyed the hot tub and neighborhood was peaceful. Hosts were amazing and check in was easy. We will be back to visit again! Also, house had everything we needed to cook. Highly recommend this home!

Overall, we had a good stay. It needs a few things fixed, and I’d recommend some new pans. We went and bought one because we cooked a lot. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work the whole stay but we made do. We loved the theater room and hot tub. There was plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, even shampoo and conditioner so we didn’t have to buy anything extra for the stay. That was a plus for sure.

Hot tub felt amazing. Grandkids loved playing and the games. Adults enjoyed the theater room, BBQ grill and kitchen. Bathrooms and linens very cozy/comfy. Very relaxing trip!

Great Location!

The property was perfect for myself and my 3 kiddos, and was located within close proximity to manitou springs and garden of the gods. Would definitely stay here again.
