Michael was very easy to reach, house was comfy and clean, with a beautiful and peaceful setting. We saw gorgeous sunsets and our pups loved the walks on the beach. Plenty of room for everyone and liked how the pots and cookware were good quality for cooking our meals.

Great home with easy communication with the owner. You can’t beat the views with the waves and beach out front and the marsh out back. The house had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy our stay.

Property was exactly as described in the listing. Super clean, amazing views, and great spaces for relaxing! Location was great - quiet private beach but less than an hour from the more commercial beach towns and historic areas. My husband and I loved our stay.

Lovely front room to view ocean and hear waves during high tide. House equipped with essentials. Be sure to bring binoculars to see birds. WISH I was reminded TO BRING BUG SPRAY. Biting flies on beach . Awesome Walmart delivers. Beds comfier than most rentals. We loved the secluded area of Prime Hook. The beach on the Bay is just as powerful and beautiful as the ocean, just far, far less crowded. Our beagles loved running the beach. Bunnies all over the yards. Sunsets were pretty and different colors each night. Very sweet place to stay and connect with someone you love.

You’re never sure renting a place based off pictures, this place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and welcoming. I was a little worried about being so far from everything, but I worried for nothing! There was everything we needed in either direction for a short 20-30 minute ride. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The sunset over the preserve was absolutely beautiful. The area was quiet with very little to no traffic. I will definitely rent again.

Retreat is an accurate description of this property. It's very spacious and is adjacent to a wild life refuge. It was very quiet. One thing that really impressed us was how many stars we could see in the night sky. Across the street is what I would describe as a natural beach. We walked over 5 miles one day on the beach without encountering any other people. The house was clean and features many amenities including a full size air hockey table in the game room.
