Lots of potential, BUT....
This house has a lot of potential, but several things made me question if we would stay here again. Many of the issues were previously mentioned in the comments section, but as a group of campers we figured none of them by themselves would prevent us from going.
- Water: Yes thew instructions are no more than 1 shower at a time. 3 full baths but you need a schedule. That's fine for a relaxing weekend (which was us) but could be an issue for a group on a schedule.
- Water: More of an issue was the water was shutoff overnight. We had followed the rules and there were no water faucets dripping, but I'm guessing when we ran the dishwasher overnight it was read as a leak. Had to call Vacasa who in turn had to get the owner to turn it back on remotely (software monitor that shuts it off and can be turned back on remotely).
- Dishwasher: top rack is broken so you cannot load it and the first time we used it the dishes weren't clean.
- Couches: they were really bad. We preferred sitting on the floor.
- 1 Single Wine Glass: We were a group of 8 and it sleeps 10 but there was only 1 wine glass/gobbet. We used other glasses just fine, but for the price you would think there would be at least 10 wine glasses.
- Kitchen was stocked and had what we needed, but everything seemed to be chipped.
- Lighting: The Family room had a few light-bulbs out and what was there wasn't very bright.
The water shutting off on us was the only real issue, but all of the other items adds up.
